Rooms are spacious and modern- hotel has a nice feel.
Pool closes at 7 No towels for the pool No washcloths Had a view of a brick wall with ac units (depressing) Shower wall had someone¿s long strand of hair on it
Neat, visually looks presentable, and okay art.
Bluntly my stay turned into a nightmare after wifi hacker jepordized my privacy bias conditions and maximizing stress conditions.
Room and staff was amazing. Location is great!!!
The decor of the hotel and rooms
Far from the strip
The room was very cool and modern, fresh design. Super clean and super groovy! Self-parking is right next to the hotel. And hotel location is very close to large casinos.
Casino area is kinda dated but it doesn't matter. All the big, swanky casinos are a very short, 5 minute drive away.
The swimming pool
You could never get ahold of anyone for help or anything. The prices were more expensive than anywhere on the strip terrnot great food options and everything was way more expensive than anywhere else !
Very clean staff very nice. Food at Kitchen Commons Club was delish. Decor very nice.
The room was great the location of room not so much. Could hear the planes taking off all night. View was not good at all. We could have dealt with planes taking off if better view.
The staff, everyone was so helpful and friendly from the moment we arrived to departure! We will be back! Thank you Virgin Hotels
Rooms and pool were nice

It¿s not very clean. Sheets were dirty there were little hairs.
The renovations from the old Hard Rock
No pet, parking or resort fees.
Ability to park short term and check-in without having to valet is non existent. Lack of storage space in room. Loud bass music noise in room from day club
