Nothing. Place looks like a dumpster compared to the available pictures online. Drugs and hooker throughout buildings.
Could've been better if you took a wrecking ball and started over.
The jacuzzi only had hot water was not able to use it!!
TV didn't work, no refrigerator, toilet seat did not stay up
All around great stay
I loved the friendly staff and the atmosphere. I got one night ended up staying 4 nights. Rooms were clean and very relaxing.
cheap price on weekdays
Employee gave me the wrong room and I had to come back up to complain and get a room change. No employee would help me with my luggage but thought it was ok to tell me to go around them mopping in the middle of the day and not to take the ramp, take the stairs. Employee also charged the wrong card and told me the wrong information about a payment I made. I heard she got fired because she was training and messing up so much. The girl would just make up information instead of asking someone as well. I have never had such a bad experience at a hotel. Makes me upset because you are reasonably priced but if the service isn't good I would rather pay more somewhere else.
I liked the Sheri feel of the Rumor.
I only stayed one night and wasn't refunded for my other night.
Allowed dogs with no extra charge
everything was shady. I did not even feel comfortable leaving my belongings and going to the strip. As soon as I pulled into the lot there was 4 people getting arrested. Hotel staff is unprofessional. Doors to get into buildings are broken. Security is sketchy. And A LOT of hoodrats around the building smoking pot
Would Not Stay Here Again
stains on floors & walls, dirt, thin sheets as blankets, one pillow smelled of sweat or mildew, loud, smokers
Save your money
Not much! The leaky shower nope. Broken lamp uh uh. No blankets hmmm
This was a RIP OFF. Understaffed no blankets and it was 30 degrees ourmoce. 389 bucks for New Year's Eve. They have nothing but you can cross the street to a real hotel at the hard rock and use their gym or get a cab or eat for that matter. If you are trying to save money go to the days inn. When asked for our money back to change hotels they said no. Every single person in line had questions about the fees or charges and literally watched three other couples leave angry. Airport noise nonstop to the point where you can't sleep. Grounds were blah although winter the other places we stayed seemed to keep it up. Maids at like 7 am Regaurdless of do not disturb sign. Everything you could complain about it's here. Good luck but it's to far from everything for the price. Super crappy
It was a cool, mellow hotel for a place like Vegas, however, if you have kids I wouldn't recommend this place because it is for "adults only" with certain entertainment free on TV. Free parking was awesome and the staff was super friendly and helpful!
Delux king suit
Had a blast meeting many new friends at the bar, plus the bartender was amazing. They gave us an extra hour for check out so we didn't have to rush threw breakfast. Good food! Love the hammocks. Room was spacious, we were all getting ready and not bumping into eachother which is nice. Yes I would stay again.
I loved the room but wish it was a jacuzzi tub not just a soaking one. Location isn't too far from the strip but defiantly not walking distance.
Very friendly staff. Hotel has laidback atmosphere, but stylish design
Rumor Boutique Hotel is beautiful! It is valet only, it was nice to just step out the hotel and have your car driven to you. The bar and pool is open 24/7 and there is security around the whole time. The bed by the pool was such a romantic spot. My boyfriend and I spent every night on the beds. We had a couple friends over and the private cabanas by the pool was a great place to relax and have a drink. The room was clean, I loved the shower! The water gets very hot. They gave us bath robes to use during our stay. The bed was extremely cushiony and comfortable. The workers are always cleaning up so once you leave from the beds by the pool, they take the towels and replace it with new ones. Overall this place is well worth the money
This place is located on the wealthier end of the strip where mgm is and all the nice hotels are. It is close to the strip but also close to the Airport. You can hear airplanes! This wasn't too much of a bother because I didn't hear it when I was sleeping and I'm a light sleeper. The hotel doesn't have a "do not disturb" sign to hang on the door, room service knocked on our door everyday at 11. They actually opened the door a crack and closed it immediately when they noticed guest were in the room. They definately need to do something about that! The ac in our room seemed to not get that cold but my boyfriend said I was impatient and needed to keep it on, that seemed to fix the problem.
Toni (female) at the front desk was awesome and was very helpful to us. The cleaning staff was also very friendly! Although we were a bit disappointed when we called front desk a few times for minor things and they were never brought to our room. Cool decor in the rooms, nice pool set-up, the dj in the back was also very chique.
The lack or speed of the customer service in getting anything serviced to our room.
Well it's Vegas so ya know staying at the Rumor was awesome they pretty much encourage you to get crazy have fun and enjoy yourself we had a blast it was mine and a friends bday and thanx to a wonderful place to stay it was the best bday ever
shuttle service but they said they are getting it so no problems
Friendly, gracious staff, gorgeous decor, great (small) restaurant, beautiful pool. I thought it was pretty quiet, but I was coming in during the wee hours! Absolute best part: the 20% discount at the Reliquary Spa at the Hard Rock for showing my Rumor room key. Thanks to whomever arranged that deal!!
Sometimes hard to get a cab, but your wait for the bell staff to flag one driving by is generally less time than waiting in the taxi queue at a casino hotel. Booking.com rate was not on my reservation at the hotel, but they fixed it after I showed them my reservation confirmation printout. Rooms could use ironing boards. Room service wasn't available, but the staff should let guests know at check-in that you can get a delicious Illy coffee to go from the lobby restaurant.
