Spacious room. Nice pools.
Kitchen are is very small and no sink. Breakfast is very expensive for what you normally get free at most hotels.
Good areas for dogs and roomy rooms.
Having to change rooms. Reserving thru Third Parties. No having the phone working and engineers ooming in several times to fix the phone. Not making a good financial adjustment for the problems.Having strangers sign a bar slip for our room with my information and wondering how they got my name to sign by a man and I'm not.
The people we very nice and attentive. The location was great. the grounds were nice.
The room I had was old and needed maintenance and repairs. It was okay. But not what I expected for the price.
Old & outdated
Room good size
Bulbs out never replaced. Old type bulbs with low wattage made room & bathroom dark. No cups for coffee on arrival 2nd barstool never brought after 2 requests. Property needs major remodeling.
3 Pools, none heated and only 2 open!!
There are full kitchenettes in the room and it is great to have the fridge and microwave. The separate bedroom makes it so nice for staying up late after putting kids to bed. The staff was very kind and helpful and there are a lot of extras that make the stay easier with kids. the Wi-fi was great and free.
The room was not the cleanest, the floor made out feet black and there were ants in the kitchenette. The place is older so there is peeling paint and can tell it is older, but the beds and linens are very clean. The pools are not heated though the website and in room materials say one is heated. The spa at pool 3 was not filled enough to actually sit in it. The really nice pool 1 was not open at all and pool 2 was not filled enough also and pool 3 was not heated so made it hard for kiddos to swim later in the year.
Airport shuttle service let me down twice. Do not count on it.
Very disappointed
Very little to like here
Pipes made noise all night. Air conditioning control did not work. Water stain and damp carpet by bathroom, disgusting.
Suites
It was a lil hot upstairs
Not much
Poor customer relations. Rooms falling apart in several areas. Heated pool was cold. Other pools advertised not working.
Loved the rooms
Very cool rooms away from the ever present slot machines and money pits....We stayed in a 2 story suite with a loft bedroom....nice
OK Stay. Good value.
Check-in was quick. Staff was friendly. Most of the rooms (4/5) were clean and acceptable. Wi-fi was fast and had a strong signal in our rooms. Fitness room was good; it had several options: free weights, machines, and a number of different aerobic machines. Only one leg machine was inoperable, but other options were available. Since it was off-season (February) only one of the three pools was heated, which is okay, but the hot tub was under repair as well for the entire stay.
Four of our five rooms were clean and good for the stay; however, one room was not very clean. One of the beds didn't have all of the sheets/bedding and the headboard fell. We asked for another room, and the staff made it happen without issue. The new room was fine. There were a number of stray cats wandering the resort. Also, the groundsmen doing landscaping were a bit noisy in the early morning as they walked by our rooms. The worst part was the plumbing noise. It made a rumbling noise every time someone flushed, turned on water, etc., at all hours of day/night.
My stay
I liked coming to Las Vegas, NV, for the first time. I will be staying somewhere else. It appears there is a lot to do.
The first night I got to the Hotel about Midnight on Jan 27, 2017 Morning, the woman at the counter was not friendly. While I was checking in I was then told about the $75.00 hold on the room. I said I am unaware of the deposit, she handed me back my card, as though, oh! Well, go find somewhere else to stay. This is my first time in Las Vegas, NV. It didn't matter to her, told me to go and call them. And, for them to refund me my money. Then the room was cold, it did not get resolved until the next day. No adjustment on the bill. There was no cable in the room. My tub did not washed out. Then the skirt to the bed started hanging out all kind of different ways once it was made.
