We liked everything about the rooms - they were clean and fully stocked with utensils and cookware. The only thing we had issue with was the presentation we were led to believe was mandatory. It was basically a sales presentation, but we’re already owners.

Pros Great location, clean, and comfortable rooms. Easy and friendly check in/out, main strip is a short walk. Overall a good value Cons Shuttle inconsistent, cable/wifi out for a day, cafe poorly managed and tiki bar may or may not be open. Non of the cons are problematic if you have your own transportation or don't mind taxis.

Pros (+) The room and facilities were beautiful and very comfortable.
Cons (-) The staff was very pushy and intrusive. I didn't realize this was a timeshare property and didn't appreciate them trying to get us to buy into their timeshare. We got tricked into a meeting with them and what was supposed to be a brief meeting turned into a waste of 2.5 hours of our time! Pros (+) The location to the strip, the pool, the free parking.
Cons (-) All of the staff we interacted with were snotty, rude and lacked customer service. With the exception of the bell boy (at 2 AM when we checked in) & the pool towel staff. They were super friendly and helpful. They need to be promoted. The rest of the staff needs an attitude adjustment. And the timeshare staff/sales people are arrogant and rude. Pros (+) Great room size, location to the strip with shuttle access to harrahs. If you bear the timeshare pitch (the pitch was to hear a pitch about timeshares) which wasn't really all that bad, this is the place for you.
