Outstanding hotel, a sanctuary away from the activity on the Strip and casinos. Great gym, delicious breakfast in the Veranda. Super friendly staff, concierge (Marama) was absolutely top-notch - we learned that Post Malone had cancelled after we arrived and she immediately jumped to it and found us great seats at the Criss Angel show. Can't recommend the Four Season in Vegas highly enough!
Room was great, staff wonderful & love that it's not part of the casino!
This was an amazing hotel with a great staff. I think this may be my favorite hotel we have stayed in.
Nothing. It was close to perfect.
Room & bed was very comfortable & well appointed. Beautiful hotel, wonderful art & the gym is great!
The beds are amazing and we love that the hotel does not have a casino and truly feels like a resort. Rooms are really comfortable, feel luxurious and the staff super helpful. Gym and spa are top-notch and Veranda restaurant is great for breakfast.
Overall, a very comfortable stay
Elevators require a key to operate - that function worked flawlessly only half the time. They charge you for $150 per night for "incidentals" at check-in, without notice, so make sure you're a one-percenter. Location sucks, too.
Service like never before
I have a client been going to Las Vegas for 15 years and this is the first time I ever stayed at the four seasons and seem to try new hotels every trip but I will never try any hotel any longer because the four seasons is my new home. The staff took such good care of me from the minute I arrived at the door to the front desk to the restaurant and everywhere I went I felt like a king.
Good hotel but avoid eating there
Rooms were clean and staff was very helpful
The restaurant and room service food are mediocre. We ate at the onsite restaurant and ordered the special which turned out to be a dried out tasteless piece of breaded veal. I asked for anchovies on a ceasar salad and it arrived without them. Since the hotel is attached to the Mandalay Bay, there are many alternative bettter meal choices.
Not up to par with other Four Seasons hotels
The room was well decorated and the beds were very comfortable
The quality of the experience and service was poor. The staff was poorly trained-- it definitely did not feel like four seasons level service. I later learned that it is a franchise and they operate quite differently from the other hotels.
Non-gaming birthday celebration!
Non-gaming hotel meant no exposure to smoke filled casinos during check-in or for lunch/dinner. Extremely friendly staff cognizant of our visit to celebrate my boyfriend's birthday. They sent up a sweet birthday dessert. Accommodating with non-allergic pillows and duvet.
Surprised no chocolate with turn down service and no slippers as well.
I like the simple process of checking into the Four Seasons in Las Vegas. No forced march through a smoke filled casino. Staff was fantastic.
The room was great and the entire hotel staff was awesome!
