Love the room and amenities.
The lunch staff double charged my meal and I just happened to review the bill at check out and found the error. Possibly the lunch employee or audit should have caught it...not me. Some mold in the shower. Above ratings reflect this.

not as high standing as other four seasons worldwide! It’s actually a Mandalay Bay +, not a four seasons! Pool is just ok, service just ok, didn’t feel privileged like other four seasons. Called for soap 3 times took 30 minutes....

I did not like that it was part of the Mandalay Bay Hotel. It was on the top 5 floors. That was not in the reservation. There was also a charge for every single thing, unlike other hotels in Vegas. Staff was great, as always. Decor much better at other Four Seasons. Also the location puts it out of walking distance to attractions, especially with the heat.

Very comfortable room, great views, discreet entrance from the Mandalay Bay casino level. You don't have to go through a casino to get to your room. The hotel is mostly very quiet. A break from the Vegas craziness.
On the weekend there are loud concerts on one side of the hotel. These end at midnight though, so it didn't bother me all that much.

Overview
The Four Seasons Hotel Las Vegas is a non-gaming hotel conveniently located within walking distance to the nearby Mandalay Bay providing the best of both worlds in the middle of Las Vegas. Along with access to the casino, guests at the Four Seasons also have access to an onsite private pool, as well as access to Mandalay Bay’s pool complex that houses three pools, a lazy river, and a real sand beach.
Each of the 424 guestrooms feature art deco era designs, inspired by glam art. The hotel features sleek furniture, oversized artwork and user-friendly technology. The historic hotel was originally built in 1961 and overlooks the Mojave Desert. A variety of rooms are available including Strip-View Rooms and Strip-View Studios. Several suite options are available as well offering opulent furniture and amazing views of Las Vegas.
In addition to the four restaurants located on site, The Four Seasons offers a Forbes 5 star rated spa that includes a relaxing array of signature treatments such as the 75 minute Desert Oasis Stone Massage, and special features like the Eucalyptus steam rooms.
Other unique offerings at the Four Seasons include a 10,700 sq. ft. fitness center that overlooks landscaped gardens and a waterfall, a ballroom, a 28,300 sq. ft. meeting room, and the opportunity to purchase tickets on the hotel’s private jet.
With its art deco inspired design, on-site restaurants, an award-winning spa, non-gaming atmosphere and numerous amenities the Four Seasons is a unique Las Vegas treasure with something for everyone .
