Like that when we checked in, we were automatically upgraded to a penthouse for the price of the room we booked for, which was super awesome. It was a beautiful and luxurious stay for us with an amazing view of the strip. The penthouse was 2050 sq ft which was our biggest hotel room we had ever stayed at for fun. Amazing over all, interior wise was modern and modest. Lobby area was clean and the gentleman who checked us in was very polite, friendly. We had a great stay.
To be honest, nothing at this moment.
hotel itself was very good - good location, great rooms, nice bar, fun pool!
the check-in / check-out process was absolutely painful. reservations had been made on our behalf for part of our stay but front desk agent advised that these were made for the wrong dates and we spent literally *hours* working with the front desk agent, trying to reconfigure the reservations (cancelling the online reservations and paying the hotel directly). in the end, there were duplicate charges and upon check out, the hotel corrected this error but the mishandling caused SO MUCH stress at both the start and end of what should have been a completely relaxing weekend.
Great hotel in Vegas
comfortable, clean and stylish
Gorgeous, spacious room.
There was nothing I didn’t like.
Big sexy rooms
The Suites were big and had a second half bathroom. Bathrooms were very nice. Room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable.
$5 per cup charge for in room coffee!
Hotel with dogs
We have been staying since it was called "The Hotel". We love the hotel and the location.
I do not know if there is a certain floor for people with dogs, but I got bite by flea couple spots and it was bad.
Quiet with no casino. Security at the elevators and the extra bath in the living room ensures that you can work and not disturb anyone in the bedroom.
The 1-24 elevators needs to be fixed. Too much movement in moving up or down and the noise when it closes or opens is unbearable.
This is far from a 5 star hotel. It's more like a 3 star. Rooms are cut up into small sections. Room service is horrible. The hotel shows its age with every turn.
Room, room service, food and hotel conditions.
My husband and I stayed here before but it was known as the hotel. It was great then and even better now! The property is beautiful. It smells wonderful In the lobby. And the bartender makes awesome dirty martinis!
Inexcusable lobby staff
Room luxury, ambiance, calm and price
Staff, charged twice for parking, they didn't have our room upon arrival... and wanted to "upgrade" us with a room with an appointed bed...
Luxury without Customer Service
The room is amazing and is the best part about this hotel.
The front desk staff was unhelpful and almost ruined my trip. Checking into the hotel took over an hour and they initially charged my card an extra hundred dollars for not honoring my reservation.
The generous room and quality of fit out. Modern but classical decor
The room layout was very good.
Shower head was old and the shower leaked on to the floor. No coffee pot in room
the food needs improvement
Good sized room , very good shower
Young girl at check did not seem interested in checking me in , made no eye contact whatsoever ! Room decor looking very tired with peeling wallpaper etc. Expected so much more from THEHotel , glad I only paid $99 . Would not stay again . Back to mgm Signature for me !
I loved THEhotel. The hotel is very modern. The suite I stayed in was fabulous.
Only thing I disliked was the rip off cost of the store within the hotel.
The hotel is extremely good
Best view to Las-Vegas
They 3 times took money from my visa, now I have to spend time in my bank to return it back.
Excellent hotel! Loved the decor and how it is a "hotel within a hotel" - you have all the amenities of a major Casino (connected to Manadaly Bay), but feel more exclusive with its own entrance and check-in desk. The rooms were gorgeous and very large with a seperate bedroom. The bathroom has a huge soaking tub with a waterfall spout. There was also a seperate bathroom in the living room. I feel like I got more than I paid for.
