She herself canceled the reservation and promised to refund the money, but she never kept her word. Also she wears mask in the wrong way, she wears it under her nose. Pros (+) Staff were great and friendly! Also great location just off Fremont Street. If you just need a place to sleep this place will be good for you.
Cons (-) Room had a bad smell from ac unit. The shower controls were broken, it would switch between cold and very hot on its own. Also the shower curtain wasn’t big enough so water got everywhere

Pros (+) Quite, clean,and comfortable. The A/C kept the room cold enough that it even kept our sodas cold.
Cons (-) No refrigerators and microwave in our room and people hogging up the ice in the ice machine by the main building. There should be ice machines in each building.
