Cons (-) Front desk ppl were rude. When I asked for a receipt. She did not give me any for my 2 reservations. The black lady wearing glasses was rude. She has a terrible attitude. She gave me a key to my room. I asked for directions. She said go find it yourself. She claims she works nights . Upon my last day of check out. I still did not get any receipt. Pros (+) The location of the hotel to fwy, theater and several restaurants was nice
Cons (-) Poor customer service throughout the stay, from check in to the gift shop, to the restaurant was about separating you from as much money as possible without providing even moderate service.
