Pros: This hotel was absolutely perfect. Beautiful and luxurious interiors, the room was very nice especially the bathroom! The facilities were great and the location was perfect, walking distance to Brera and the Duomo. We couldn’t have picked a better hotel for our stay in Milano! But the most special thing about this hotel for me were the people working in it. I had a health emergency and the staff came rushing and the general manager accompanied us to the hospital where he stayed with us for over an hour, helped us with the language and made sure we were ok. I will never forget him. You can visit many beautiful hotels in the world but what really makes a difference are the dedicated people working in it, that is what makes you come back. Thank you again Stefano and the team!

Cons: Well , if you wake up late missing your dinner reservation @ 10:30 pm, all you can eat is cold food. Although the staff was super nice to me post that incident sent me complementary champagne , booked for me in a Resturant that offers late dinner offered to pay the taxi, offered free breakfast , however the hotel policy needs major change , the previous day I had been driving for a continuous 11 hrs and arrived also at 11 pm and still couldn’t find a decent meal. Moral of the story , if you are in Milan and in that hotel .... eat early cause otherwise you won’t find something decent to eat. I do appreciate the friendly staff especially the concierge he worked hard to please me;however, I was so upset not to be able to get a late decent meal at the hotel . All in all , it was an experience, but next time I know what I will be looking for other than hotel facilities .

While check-in was friendly and courteous we were not provided with any information on the hotel facilities or the location. We later proceeded to go to the bar area to get some snacks and a drink however after sitting at the unattended bar for over 20 minutes decided to abandon this effort as not one member of staff approached us - despite a member of staff looking at us and standing nearby. Only once we got up to leave did the staff member decide to tell us someone would be with us shortly. Before check-out we asked about transport options to Milan airport and received little assistance with this query, a taxi was suggested by the receptionist (with the taxi prices €95 for the journey) and when we queried an alternative his response was vague with no real effort given - we were merely told we might be able to get a train from Cadorna but he was not sure.... our own research found Cadorna the station for the Airport Express train... While we had poor experiences with some members of the staff this was not across the board with a pleasant lady assisting us at the reception after check-out, providing us with access to the Gym area to freshen up before our flight, and the breakfast staff all friendly and attentive. All in all, it is a lovely modern hotel but I would just caution future guests to research the area well to ensure it will meet their expectations.

Cons: The property advertised airport transfers however it was just a taxi that reception booked for you. If you're looking to stay somewhere before flying out, look into the transfers offered or choose a location closer. My airport transfer cost €120!

Cons: Parking subject to availability. I asked for a parking spot before my arrival but when I reached the hotel there was not space for my car. I had to park my car at a near private garage for 30€ p/day (I parked my car just for the night!). However, the day after the staff managed to arrange a parking spot for my car.

Cons: Location - Navigli Canal area with restaurants and Nightlife is a 20-minute walk along a canal (I personally would not have walked this at night as the area was a section of this route was quite isolated) Some of the staff seemed very disinterested.

Cons: The parking of a private car is kind of challenging, however the hotel has a special rate (3 5EUR/day) with a nearby parking garage, which is, however, accessible only after 7 in the morning. Good to have this possibility because parking on the street in front of the hotel can be as much as 60 EUR/day.. Best to leave the car in Lampugnano Car Park, and take metro/taxi for all visits, or to rent bikes.

Originally, I would not feel free to give any hotel or restaurant a bad review on the Internet, but this time the hotel is indeed excessive. 1. I have a clear request at the time of booking and do not arrange the last room in the walkway. When I was actually staying at the hotel, because the hotel was under renovation, I walked a long way to find the last room in a walkway and next to the safe exit. 2. The hotel is under renovation and has not received any notification from the hotel before. I am a Chinese girl who travels alone to Milan. One person lives in a room near the safe exit. The decoration workers come in and out, very noisy and unsafe. 3. When I wanted to reflect the actual situation with the hotel front desk, I found that the phone in the room was also bad. The window that rests on the bed, except for the transparent glass, is completely unobstructed and can be directly face-to-face with the workers. Opening the window of the bathroom, the worker stood in front of me, very unsafe. 4. After I went to the front desk to reflect the situation, the front desk and I said that the room was no longer redundant. I could help me find a covering to cover the glass window on the edge of the bed, and the working hours of the workers were 11:00am-6:00pm. . 5. I believe the reply from the hotel front desk is back to the room. There is no shelter in the hotel, and until 9:00 pm, there are still workers coming in and out of the safe exit. The sound of closing the door is very loud, and the sound of carrying goods is also very loud. 6. I didn't sleep all night, I was worried. The workers started working at 9:30 am the next day! I want to take a shower, but the frosted glass sticker in the bathroom is not sealed, there are workers outside, and the window is directly opposite the shower. 7. When I checked out, I told the front desk about the situation from last night to this morning.

Pros: We usually have a very good time at this hotel but this time we had problems with the room. This was sorted by the staff. We were not given a receipt on check out. We asked for this several times by mail but no reply

Pros: I stayed in this hotel a second time, all was great. I arrived at 12am and was checked-in earlier without any question. The room was quiet and comfortable, very good light isolation with a black-out curtains. Spacious and modern designed bath room.

Cons: i did not like having the restaurant opposite about 20 metters having music so load till 2 am i could tell what was songs A.celentano Azzurro at one for exemple my window was closed and people talking in street there having drinks till that late not the best , was some black mark on the wall on side of bed , the bathroom sink feel a bit old and look like muld on it

Cons: We stayed at this hotel several times. As we are a three member family, each time we were provided a room for persons with disabilities. It seems that they don't have a normal room with three beds.
