Cons: The 15 minutes walk to Duomo is not too far, but after a couple of days of non-stop walking, I wished the hotel is even closer to Duomo so that I can return to the hotel at mid day to rest.

Cons: It's a stretch to rate as 4 star. Location was great and it's certainly going for the luxury market. Poorly functioning shower in our room was a disappointment for the price. Worse was the service. It was not that our needs were not taken care of but more the manner (attitude) with which they were taken care of. We felt we got poor value for money. 2 stars.

Pros: The rooms were spacious compared to other hotels The bathrooms were also clean and spacious It was a good surprise to find a hotel like this in the area and for the price I paid Breakfast was included and not bad A Carefur Express was located nearby A catholic church was also close to the hotel It had a typical Italian restaurant just across the street (Al Vechio Porco) If you like to walk, you can be in the Duomo in about 30 mins...
Cons: You need to walk about 1 KM to the nearest metro station No ice machine in the floors. Needed to go to the bar to get ice.

Cons: Difficult to find an italian locale to have a coffee. Almost nearly every shop front is owned by a Chinese whose only answer is "Non c'e", ie "not available"!

Pros: The breaksfast buffet was wonderful! So many unique dishes, we didn't need lunch. The staff were always available and very helpful.

Pros: The hotel was close enough to walk to most of what we wanted to see. Subway station was close by. Great in-house restaurant for dinner. Our room was nice and clean plus it was quiet. Would stay there again.

Pros: Great A/C on very hot day. Porter was nice and helpful putting away our luggage when we were too early to check in.
Cons: Front office staff was rude. When we advised we had a reservation and were checkin in the young woman, instead of asking for our name, said how can I check you in if I don't know who you are. She was similarly rude to the couple in front of us. Maybe she was having a bad day but this is not acceptable for someone in the service industry.

Cons: The advertised free wifi was unbelievably frustrating. Kicked in and out for all in our party during the entire stay. Appears they are attempting to get additional payment for upgrading the wifi.

Cons: The worst service ever gotten. The receptionist at the front desk wanted to charge us $15 for early check in when we arrived pass 12pm and the room as ready. We askef to talk to me manager and he lied with a smile saying that he was in a conference call. I told him was lying and that we demanded to speak to the manager. Finally he when to see the manager and after more than 15 min discussion, he agreed to do the check in without extra charge. In conclusion, these people try to take advantage of the guests, lie and doest care. We travalled all around italy abd was the only place where we have such a horrible service.

Pros: Super clean, modern rooms. Obviously on the smaller side because duh, European. Slept like a baby. Staff was very friendly and helpful, the lobby is a really nice place to hang out. Can't think of any big downsides, maybe choose a room not facing the street because of late night ambulances blaring their way into your dreams.
