Pros: The hotel has a nice old world vibe to it. The location was a little further from the town center so be prepared to do some walking. Metro line is right there so easy to take public transportation. We had a nice room, very spacious by Europe standards and a good size bath. The older hotel is not very well insulated. We did have issue with some inconsiderate neighbors but the staff was quick to help rectify the problem. We would stay again.

Pros: The location of the hotel is perfect as it is a 10 minute walk away from the Duomo and the centre of Milan. The hotel is beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean and smells wonderful as soon as you walk through the door. The rooms are lovely, with very comfortable beds and no traffic noise. Breakfast was a very plentiful buffet with plenty of gluten free options and hot food with eggs made to order. The staff here are so welcoming and helpful, especially Martina, Guiseppe and the lovely Claudia who served us in the bar.

Cons: The property advertised airport transfers however it was just a taxi that reception booked for you. If you're looking to stay somewhere before flying out, look into the transfers offered or choose a location closer. My airport transfer cost €120!

Location is absolutely great for a brisk walk to the Duomo or a short ride via the Metro. Triple room is adequate for 2 adults and a teenager. Staff were able to organize local taxi and their guidance on local travel and sight seeing was great. Room and clean and cleaned daily. Common facilitates are well maintained and cleaned. Breakfast is great with good choice of continental spread. Scrambled eggs and Bacon was above average and probably the best we've had. Breakfast on the room with staff who is courteous is a great way to start the day. Overall we would rate it at 9 out of 10 with very little to fault.

Cons: The gentleman behind he front desk was not friendly nor helpful. He acted put out with any question we asked. Our tv remote did not work. The woman at the front desk sent someone to fix it and we were able to get an English speaking channel until we turned it off and then it wouldn't wok again.

The first part of our stay was with a Globus tour. The room was not well attended to. The bathroom was very worn, and the shower door had mold on the door and along the inside shower. Cons: I stayed in the hotel just for one night and I have booked a superior double room in advance almost a month before that. I used the hotel just for one-night sleep over in Milan. The lady on the reception was nice and quick. After she provided me with the key to the room and I saw it, I did not like it much but since it was about dinner time and I was really hungry, I just left my luggage in the room, took a shower and went for a dinner. While waiting for my food, I decided to check the rooms in booking and it became pretty clear to me that the room that I was in - 756, was not the one that I booked. Mine was old, many of the facilities looked shabby and old and the view was awful - to the backyard and some stairs. I returned to the hotel around midnight and since my flight was very early and I was very tired, there were people on the reception so I skipped the discussion. During the check out, I asked what type was my room and the gentleman on the reception said - standard. I asked why since I was billed for a superior one and he said that he does not know and will check with his manager and contact me back. I doubt that this will ever happen. He did not even apologized, his attitude was like - I don't know madam and I really don't care. If my stay was longer than 10 hours, I would have asked for another room at the very beginning but I was not willing to go through all these unnecessary discussions for such short period of stay.

Cons: The worst service ever gotten. The receptionist at the front desk wanted to charge us $15 for early check in when we arrived pass 12pm and the room as ready. We askef to talk to me manager and he lied with a smile saying that he was in a conference call. I told him was lying and that we demanded to speak to the manager. Finally he when to see the manager and after more than 15 min discussion, he agreed to do the check in without extra charge. In conclusion, these people try to take advantage of the guests, lie and doest care. We travalled all around italy abd was the only place where we have such a horrible service.

Pros:
Cons: The staff was polite. Although, when we arrived they gave us a wrong room and when we tried to get to the bedroom someone was sleeping there. It was really uncomfortable. Moreover, they checked out our room one day earlier than the day we had to leave and we did not have access to our room when we came to the hotel. The night before our check out they stopped the internet connection. I will never visit this hotel again.

Cons: The eggs and the bacon could have been more well done. Could not get a bucket of ice anywhere. Had to pay E15 for early checkin. We checked out super early didn’t get a discount

Pros: The location was awesome, you are just a 15 minute walk from the Duomo di Milano, and another 15 minutes from the Central Station. The rooms were basic, nothing fancy, managed to get a good night's sleep. There is a restaurant open for breakfast, lunch and dinner
Cons: The room could have been cleaner, it wasn't bad, just below expectations. The glazing on the windows was bad, I could hear people laughing in the street like they were next to me. Also, wi-fi signal kept dropping in our room.

Pros: Super clean, modern rooms. Obviously on the smaller side because duh, European. Slept like a baby. Staff was very friendly and helpful, the lobby is a really nice place to hang out. Can't think of any big downsides, maybe choose a room not facing the street because of late night ambulances blaring their way into your dreams.

Pros: Clean , modern hotel, with a very up to date feel. Very busy, but convenient for Milan and very pleasant staff.
Cons: My room faced a huge building site even with curtains and windows closed I was disturbed each morning by drilling and hammering starting at 7.00am. Also would have liked some tea/coffee making facilities in the room.
