Pros: A great true five star hotel. Excellent and knowledgeable concierge. Location is outside of the Montepoleone shopping district so a nice oasis to come home to at pIazza Republica. Great part was frequent Benz stretch limo pickup and drop off from the hotel to La Scala/ Duomo and Montepoleone area -- that was extreme helpful with kids. Had an upgrade which was appreciated and not asked for. Breakfast were absolutely excellent and included in our price. Champagne, full hot foods and fresh fruits and pastries. Will definitely be back!!

Pros: Amazing service, incredibly thoughtful staff, and beautiful surroundings are expected at this hotel. 5 star service, 5 star price. Make sure you work out a way to include breakfast, as it is expensive, but divine. Be wary about the high valet prices. Overall, you pay for what you get and this property does not disappoint.

I was there on my own and felt very comfortable. Big bedrooms and spacious baths with both a tub and a shower Spacious restaurant with many options Cosy lobbyarea as an alternative place for drinks and meals Nice spa and sauna - both dry and steam Didnt try the pool but it looked OK Super nice with free limousinservice all day to the Via Montenapoleone and the Duomo. If you like wallking instead the distance is not at all far. Take the old tram, if you like!

Cons: Breakfast prices were ridiculously high and quality was horrible. They also rip you off. We dined a la carte for breakfast the first day but were charged for the super high priced buffet. The good itself was horrible. Second morning all we had was juice , crossaint and coffee and were once again ripped off. This hotel is a rip off. Only good for business people billing their companies. Hotel was not even able to correct our charges during check out leaving us a bet other taste of being ripped off.

Unfortunately the pool was closed due to unforeseen maintenance, didn’t try the rest of the spa. The breakfast is a real treat, be sure not to miss out!

Pros: This hotel was truly a fairy tale. I was blown away by their interior decor when I first arrived, and continued to be amazed by how beautiful it was every time I saw it. Our room was very clean and nice, not the largest room but it was enough for what we needed. The staff are so friendly and helpful, they made us feel very special during our stay. It’s only 20 min walk to the Duomo area which we didn’t mind because it gave us an opportunity to walk around and experience the city. If you want to take a taxi, the staff will call one for you and it’s quite cheap to get around to the major sights. This was the perfect place for my birthday celebration and I would love to come back and stay here again!

Cons: Very crowded neighborhood, very difficult to find parking outside the hotel. The hotel only provide parking at carage 5-10 min walk from hotel. If your request iron , they will charge you 10 euro/30 min if you use it more than 30 min which is weird for a hotel that should provide iron in everyroom. Bed is smaller than usual king beds , room is clean and size is not bad.

Cons: It is very old hotel. Our room was twin room and the style of the room is very old style. Well, everything is old.

Cons: Room size was so small, even less than 9 sqm for a single room. also toilet was really tight. I booked and paid for two nights of stay, because of my flight I arrived one day late to the hotel, for the second day< I asked to have late check in and they didn't allow me even though there was just one time cleaning the room and they could consider an exception for me.

Pros: Thoroughly impressed by all aspects of the hotel. Modestly priced - it offered a great room with all the facilities needed for a City break in Milan. Well located for railway station and all the main cultural centres (all easily walkable). Staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, well pleased and would unreservedly recommend this hotel to others.

Our train was cancelled to the airport with no refund. The buses/coaches cost 10€ and they are direct. They are located on the left side, just outside central station. - Clean and tidy hotel with a supermarket at the end of the road

Cons: The worst service ever gotten. The receptionist at the front desk wanted to charge us $15 for early check in when we arrived pass 12pm and the room as ready. We askef to talk to me manager and he lied with a smile saying that he was in a conference call. I told him was lying and that we demanded to speak to the manager. Finally he when to see the manager and after more than 15 min discussion, he agreed to do the check in without extra charge. In conclusion, these people try to take advantage of the guests, lie and doest care. We travalled all around italy abd was the only place where we have such a horrible service.

Cons: Due to construction work, we had to circle the block to get to the hotel entrance. Long waiting time at the reception for check-in/check-out. Probably due to the detergent used, new towels didn't smell fresh. The mattress was very hard.
