Pros (+) Upgraded me to an exec room which was spacious and had a nice view. Room was also very clean. Staff were very nice and service oriented.
Cons (-) Chef at the breakfast buffet got overwhelmed with the crowd and forgot my egg order 3 times in one breakfast.
