Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location, with many noting its proximity to metro and train stations, making it convenient for exploring the city. Service is also frequently highlighted as a positive, with several reviewers mentioning friendly and helpful staff. However, cleanliness is a recurring concern, with multiple guests reporting issues such as dirty linens, unclean bathrooms, and unpleasant odors. Value for price is generally seen as good, especially when rates are reasonable. Room size is often mentioned as small, and some guests found the rooms cramped. Overall, the hotel stands out for its location and service, but improvements in cleanliness and room size could enhance the guest experience.
