Some reviews mention the pool is on the smaller side but there's never more than 4 or 5 people around it, and we were there when the hotel was sold out. Worth every penny!

Cons: The bedrooms were clean but both ours and our sons rooms ( on 14th floor) had strong smell of damp which they did little to try and eradicate...save for moving us to the 15th floor after 1 night...not really good enough for a Hilton

Cons: The AC/heater was noisy. The blankes had a little weird smell. When I asked to help me to get a taxi on the day of my departure, one guy said they will charge you 250 pesos, two days later I went to confirmed on the taxi, and another guy said it will be 280 to 300 pesos, I was okay. The day of my departure the taxi was one of them like a personal vehicle, and he asked for 350 pesos.

Cons: Overall a good stay for Mexico, but not comparable to similar-priced and similar-star hotels internationally. Cleanliness and upkeep of items in the room needs to improve. Soundproofing was bad too. One of the electricity socket was pulled out and wires exposed, could have been a hazard if not careful. Air conditioning heating was not operational, so it could only blow cold air. The staff at the premium lounge was helpful, but only when asked - they saw me struggling with the luggage and doors, and commented on it to each other, but did not come over to help.

Take into account minimum 1hour and a half in case to go places from the hotel! For F1 weekend take 3 hours for traffic!!!!

Pros: The staff was excellent! So friendly and nice. They new were we just got engaged so they gifted us with flowers and a dinner. That really was the sweetest thing ever and unexpected. The room was large and the air worked just fine.

Pros: Learning about the history of this hotel was more informative than the tour I took at Teutihuacan. The breakfast in the Veranda was excellent (authentic), and winding down in the Telephone Bar was perfect.
Cons: I had to ask the housekeeping repeatedly to replenish the coffee water and keep my windows locked, but they had a good attitude and kept the room clean and fresh.

Pros: Great location the metro is just around the block as well as a strip full of bars. Safe area would definitely recommend this to anyone traveling to the city and not wanting to take a taxi or the metro at night to go have some drinks. Food,metro,bars all within a block plus only about 3 or 4 blocks from the angel de independencia.
Cons: Wifi cuts on and off not a big deal most of the trip is not in the room.

Pros: The hotel is amazing. Located centrally and only a few miles from the historical center. The Zona Rosa is walking distance and is fun. Saul on the reception desk is AMAZING and will give you the low down on what to do in Mexixo City. Saul made my stay! He is fantastic. There are so many excursions you can go on bookable at reception. I recommend the Pyramids and Taxco. The hotel bar and restraunt is ok but there are better places in the area to eat and less expensive.

Water in the room's fridge was restocked every day, and even though Zona Rosa is an area with quite a bit of nightlife, it was easy to shut the noise out by closing the window. Some really nice places nearby to go for both drinks and food. I especially liked Café Boicot (for breakfast) and Loup Bar (for drinks and dinner). The nearby Insurgentes placa was teeming with activity every night, I was treated to two free concerts there.

Two days after many follow-up calls they informed me that they had found nothing. I was not fond of the dishonesty of the workers or the service from the front desk.

Pros: the location of this hotel in the Zona Rosa is excellent, just about a 5 minute walk to the nearest subway station (Insurgentes). the room itself was reasonably sized, decorated in a very hip, modern style, and was thoroughly cleaned every day. the bathroom was huge, and the shower was large (could fit 3-4 people if you wanted), and had excellent water pressure and super hot water. the breakfast in the morning was standard and good, although the bacon could have been better cooked (but that's nit-picking). The bed was fine for me, but my partner thought that it could have been more comfortable. The staff was friendly, and the hotel was a pretty good value for the money. I just wish breakfast started earlier, particularly on sunday, so we could have eaten before heading to the airport.

Pros: the location of this hotel in the Zona Rosa is excellent, just about a 5 minute walk to the nearest subway station (Insurgentes). the room itself was reasonably sized, decorated in a very hip, modern style, and was thoroughly cleaned every day. the bathroom was huge, and the shower was large (could fit 3-4 people if you wanted), and had excellent water pressure and super hot water. the breakfast in the morning was standard and good, although the bacon could have been better cooked (but that's nit-picking). The bed was fine for me, but my partner thought that it could have been more comfortable. The staff was friendly, and the hotel was a pretty good value for the money. I just wish breakfast started earlier, particularly on sunday, so we could have eaten before heading to the airport.

Cons: On a street with bars and clubs. The music permeates through to the rooms and it hard to get any sleep until the club shuts down. Definitely not recommended for families with kids. The rooms need to have some ventilation other than opening windows. More power points required in the room. The bathrooms need to get exhaust fans

Pros: The facilities. Bedroom and bathroom were in superb condition, ample and modern looking! It's close to the Angel de la Independencia and Paseo de la Reforma and that meant close to many interesting things and shops in the area. Breakfast was ok. Staff was also nice, overall. Check-in was fast, and the lady was accommodating and suggested us the rooms trying to minimize the bars noise, unsuccessfully I must say.
Cons: The noise! We stayed in the 8th floor and the bars in the area are too loud. We had to use earplugs, which is inadmissible, honestly. As it is, this hotel needs a serious investment in noise reduction. Maybe if you are a party goer and don't care about loud music and noise in the bars (less than 20 meters from the property) this could be the hotel for you. Otherwise, if you want some rest at night, go somewhere else. My parents stayed at the 10th floor and even there the music was able to get through. The elevator noise is also too loud, and the walls are thin, so you can hear the TV and the other guests in the near rooms. The corridors are also too dark. As it is, also several guests are into the bars scene meaning many arrived at 3 or 4am screaming and hitting the walls while drunk, so there is also that.

Pros: The room was extremely nice. It came with a couch, waterfall shower, comfortable bed, and everything was both clean and new. The location could not be better.
Cons: The front desk at first didn’t want to give me the reservation that I paid for. After going back and forth, they honored the reservation.

Pros: We stayed there for almost a week, and the hotel in general was pretty good, the location is good because you have easy access to a lot of things, and despite being in an area with a lot of clubs, the noise was not as bad as I thought it would be.
Cons: Location is good, but the only thing is that we had to rent a car for a couple of days and not having a place to park is a bit of a bummer.

This hotel is restricted, censored, banned from many internet pages. I tried to buy underwear online because I had no time to go to a store and I was unable to access such pages. What ??? It is perhaps this hotel owned by the Vatican?
Also, I was in the 16th floor and the smell of a burn oil from kitchens is amazing. One maid told me that probably the smell goes up through the elevator. Really???

Cons: The toilet in the bathroom was very lose, it actually moved. Also, on our last night, I noticed the housekeeper did not wipe down any tables and they were sticky from room service service from the previous night. Plus rings from drinks were highly noticeable.

Pros: So I was considering going to Mexico City and Orbitz had a $50 off $100 promotion, and only certain hotels were included. Ny. T. Roma Hotel came up, so I booked it for a week without thinking much of it.
Fast forward to a couple of days ago, and I arrived to check in to a really, really nice room. Apparently there are many differnet room types, so I was assigned to a king bed room with an extra bed and a sauna. I couldn't get the sauna to work, and unfortunately I had to give this huge room up as my Internet wasn't working. This room was at the end of the hallway, so the signal strength wasn't good.
Cue the amazing staff, who showed me a few rooms with my laptop in tow to see if the Internet would work. I found a room near the elevator on the 2nd floor that worked for me, and Ricardo went to the basement, apparently, and summoned up a desk and a chair for me to work on since I had mentioned it was a shame the rooms were missing this feature.
The lighting in the room is awesome. They have rope lights along the floor that you can control, so at night I have just enough light to find the bathroom without turning on more lights to wake myself up. There's also a backlit mirror on the wall and like 3 or 4 other light switches to get the mood JUST right.
The shower is great with the rainfall style faucet in the ceiling. Gets hot quick. The Internet speed isn't the best, but it is much faster than I anticipated while being in Mexico.
Even at full price, this hotel is a great deal. I would easily stay here again if I was to return to Mexico City. It's walking distance from everything!
