There is an issue with A380 when it arrives in Munich, because a business class passengers like me have to wait for the first class passengers to disembark, which takes some time while you are also offloading economy passengers this causes an issue at customs where your business class passengers end up behind a large bulk of economy passengers This is a frustration and the early dislocation should be and is supposed to be a benefit of business class
This was my first time flying with Emirates. Overall, the experience was very good. I thought the seats in economy would have been a bit more comfortable, but, they seem to be on par with other airlines. The food was excellent and very satisfying. If you can afford it, I would definitely suggest upgrading to at lest premium economy seats for long haul flights.

It was a really good experience. Food, snacks, and beverages were good. Flight entertainment was also a good one.
The boarding was efficient. The entertainment system was a bit unstable but Air France has a good selection of movies.

The check in was horrible. I stood in line for 1 hour to check in with an Air France ticket. Then I was told I had to go to Delta counter onstead to check in instead. It made no sense.
Old cabine without flat bed in business for a 12 hour flight is not acceptable

It was partially ok .. not anything like from Orlando to Houston... first the flight attendant was not so nice and insisted on have a small backpack down when really was not to put in danger anyone, also the beverages they were not so good... not big chance to select other tea.. the seat was partially ok could not have those flips to hold your head.. and finally when it land off in Guadalajara, it was raining and the flight was going to the main area then go back and drop us out of nowhere with the rain.
I needed internet for critical matters and it never worked.
No seat back entertainment. And app had a hard time getting entertainment loaded.
It was great with United overall except for two things. 1) It was a 5-hour flight and we were with kids, so we were asking for extra snacks. They were extremely reticent to dole them out even though there wasn't any meal and the kids were starting to hit their limit towards the end. 2) Baggage didn't arrive until 80 minutes after we landed.
Seats had less pitch than a regional jet. Food was OK. Have to buy alcohol on US based carriers flying international. Boarding was a mess. Did not have bags but overhead space was gone quick. Would like to see the airlines enforce the one bag over and one bag under policy
We had to deboard 2 times due to maintenance issues. They changed the plane, and then we got deviated to LAX due to maibtenance issues on the other plane, had to sleep at LAX and los a full day.
Terrible! After boarding we were stuck on the plane for 3 hours with no air circulation during a heat wave.
All planes flying to Mexico City are very old. Seats don’t even have power outlets.
I bought internet for the flight. Don’t waste your money. I wasn’t able to download a 1 Mb file from Google Docs during a 3-4 hr period. You can only use WhatsApp and email if you are willing to wait.
Delayed couple hours due to airplane maintenance issues, we boarded and then asked to unboard, but cmon!! Can they do the whole maintenance prior to boarding?

There were no TV screens - even in Business class. 5 delays, and only given $12 meal voucher! Terrible!

The flight was very smooth and the meal in business class was great.
Delayed multiple times. Boarding was ok but getting off the aircraft was a mess. So disorganized with staff trying to help the elderly but completely blocking path for anyone else to move. Bathroom was disgusting, probably caused by one of the customers but staff couldn't care less to help clean it. No one wanted to use it since the floor was completely soaked so everyone just lined up the other restroom while the staff just chit chat with each other while looking at us.
I think the seats on some of their planes are uncomfortable. You can be ok on a short flight of two hours but no more than that. The delays, and also the refreshments on the plane were not enough.
Terrible, oxygen masks were deployed mid-flight. We returned to airport. Took additional 12 hours to get home.

The announcements for loading at the gate for my flight from Phoenix to Mex City was all in Spanish. The English only speaking flyers had no idea the plane was loading.
They lost my luggage on my way to Namibia (I was unable to review that flight as I was in the bush/off line) It took 3 days to get my bag and I had to pay $375.00 to have it transported to my location as it was over 100 Kilometers from that Airport and the local Airlink carrier would not got that far.
Great flight, last one out the air-conditioning was far to hot and the return it was to cold and then issued blankets. On the outward bowned the headset connector didn't work properly. You had intermittent sound from the audio socket.

Aircraft delayed for two hours due to a technical issue with the rear emergency exit door slide not working.
Superb staff, ingenious seating in Club class. Superb food and service. Loading and unloading. Ample cabin overhead luggage space. But the earphone socket was damaged and did not give binaural audio. Very hard to follow a film over the engine noise. Nor could I get to play Sudoku for want of instructions.
