Very comfortable beds. Nicely decorated rooms. Attentive staff.
Large rooms, large and comfortable beds, free upgrade to the exec lounge, good prices.
Pool area was disappointing, and the pool dirty (I didn't swim in it as a result). The gym was also small and ill equipped. Hotel generally needing maintenance - dirty hallway carpets, bathroom shower had issues with water escaping due to the poorly laid floor.
All the staff were very helpful and friendly and spoke good English.
The rooftop pool was closed one day for an event and we had to go to another hotel.
The location is convenient for all the businesses I had to attend
I got a room in front of the elevator, which represents a bell sound every time one arrives. There was a very loud music in one antro nearby (my room faced the street and not the lovely Independence Angel). Music reduce volume at 3:00 am and continued until 4:00 am. Restaurants service was extremely slow. As I am on a special regimen I ordered an spinachs and ham omelet and I had to wait 35 minutes to have it served. I had dinner in the other restaurant and I ordered chicken on the grill with steamed vegetables. It took them 45 minutes to have it done, and none of the restaurants were half capacity when I went. I used the business center to fill an IMSS application and computers could not connect. The girl that was working there helped to complete the form in her computer (Erika her name, good job!). So I am sorry to fill a review very disappointed. I came to the hotel less than a month ago and the experience was amazing. Fellow travelers, ask for a room away from the elevators and looking the Independence Angel.
Words can’t even explain how I literally felt like the King of Mexico City staying here! Everyone was so nice and street tacos right around the corner!! I am 100% satisfied! I can’t wait to return!
