Pros: Everything was great! The only thing that could have been any different was there was a huge tree in the middle of our view from the balcony, so we wished we had a better view. Other than that, it was amazing! We will be back. Just will make sure we are not in room 232 due to the view.

Cons: We had dinner at Fishbowl, the food was very good, and our waitress was nice but it seemed understaffed. She was the only waitress in the entire seating area where we were, we felt bad for her.

When we tried to explain this to the staff, her reply was that she couldn't do anything because the room was booked thru hotel.com. This to me was unacceptable. A rip off.

Cons: The room was not very quiet. We could clearly hear our neighbors when they were speaking, and they started setting up in one or the meeting spaces across the hall at 6 am and it was loud enough that we couldn’t go back to sleep.

Pros: The location fit our interests perfectly. Beale Street around the corner and the Casino only 9 miles away across the bridge. Plus my brother's apartment was only 5 minutes away. The parking (a little high along with the room cost but well worth it), having to use the room key to access the room floor was an added layer of security, the breakfast was great. Already booked again for April. Thank you to your staff.

Pros: The hotel was eclectic, modern, clean, in a great location and a great value. Every single member of the staff was cheerful, engaged, and helpful! My favorite person was our bartender, George Price! I would return to Memphis and the Napoleon just to see him! George was attentive, knowledgeable, kind, and fun (in addition to being a a very talented designer!!) He pointed us in the right direction for things to see and experience. We made a point to regroup with him every night to share our adventures and plan our next day.

Cons: I'd like the hotel to be more environmentally aware. For example, they should offer the option of not having the housekeeping staff change towels every day. They have large bars of soap that would take at least a month to use up with regular use that, I assume, are just thrown away after checkout. Many hotels are now using foaming soap. They provide a plastic straw with drinks, even with orange juice in the morning. Millions of these end up in landfills every day in this country. Perhaps they could consider not providing any straws unless the customer requests one. These kinds of small but important changes would save them money and make our environment a little cleaner.

Cons: Paying over $300 for a room that looked like it was a Motel 6. We still can’t believe we paid that much for one night with the room looking like it did! The couch in our room had stains on it and the room itself just looked run down like it needed some serious renovating. Also, the shower looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in awhile. Even the couches and chairs in the lobby were worn down looking. Not worth the price we had to pay which was extremely disappointing.

Cons: Not much to complain about except a few small technical issues with our room — a small (non-structural) piece of the bathroom mirror had fallen off and our shower stall was leaking a bit of water. We called this to the attention of the manager, who kindly offered to buy us a coffee for pointing the issue out. A really nice gesture on his part.

Cons: Staff did not take care of us at all. I asked for decafe coffee at the staff member was visibly disappointed and told me I’d have to wait while she brewed it. We went to Starbucks to save her the trouble of serving us. Trying to get my car out of valet, i called with hotel phone. It rang for 15 minutes. No one answered. I called from my cell phone. No one answered for 10 more minutes. I walked down to front lobby and told staff I had been calling. He said, oh I just got in. I don’t know. Now I’m waiting more for my car. $30 for valet is completely over priced for this service.

Pros: The service at the restaurant was very poor. There was no waiter at the entrance, the waitress took forever to come to the table to take our order and the staff was sweeping around us as we waited for our food. In addition, the waitress did not know what wines were on the wine list or how to pronounce them. I realize it was late in the evening, but there is not excuse for bad service.

Cons: Once in the room, AC did not work well, sink did not drain, shower did not work well for a cold shower and dogs were barking most of the night on the floor above us. With the lack of professionalism shown by staff there was no reason to request help.

Cons: The bathroom was seriously problematic. There was still hair from a previous patron on the wall of the shower and the ceiling tiles had mold in the crevices. Our a/c wouldn't work and no one ever fixed it or moved us to a new room. We were hot all night

Cons: The driver for shuttle was super nice but when you called the hotel To have them connect to the driver to come pick you up we were disconnected several times. Finally gave up and either walked Or I or used Uber to get around.

Pros: Located quite close to dwntn-5 min drive.Unfortunately almost impossible to walk to, as the hotel is located on one side of a tangle of interstates, bridges and railway tracks, and downtown is on the other side. Nice view of the Mississippi, though.

Cons: There weren't enough towels availiable to replace daily. The rooms were very humid and musty.

Cons: The hotel smelled like pot in all common spaces...hall, elevator, lobby. The bathroom in our room also smelled like pot. We had to go to front desk for towels.

Cons: There was nothing I liked about this hotel. The carpet was filthy. The tub in the bathroom was dirty. The door to the bathroom looked as if someone tried to break in. The hotel is extremely dated. The elevators were a death trap.

Cons: I cannot understand how this hotel receives a 2 star rating. More like a 1 star. But the price is reasonable for 2 miles from dwtn. However, I'm not going to put so much faith in Wyndham from now on. Outdoor corridors.

Cons: Door dead bolt handle missing, also door didn't seal when closed. Toilet handle was broken, bathroom light fixture was burned out, mildew on the shower curtain, lamp missing a light bulb, dirt in the corners of bath room and on the door. The pool water was green.
