Pros (+) Clean rooms and super friendly staff. Close to everything with a free shuttle.
Cons (-) Fee for room service delivery. I thought delivering food to your room was the whole point of room service so why the extra fee!? Toilet didn't flush well. No control over a/c settings.

Pros (+) We were in Memphis for the Beale Street Music Fest. We started in an AirBnB, which was not as depicted in the profile so it wouldn't work. We found a room at the Crowne Plaza, and the very nice front desk staff made certain to get a room cleaned early just so we could check in early. They went above and beyond for us!
Cons (-) Wish the room had more outlets. Charging multiple phones at once meant unplugging lamps.
