Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location, especially its proximity to the convention center and city attractions. Many found the staff to be friendly and helpful, particularly the valet and reception teams. However, several reviews highlighted issues with cleanliness, such as stained linens and unclean rooms, and noted that the hotel felt outdated. Complaints about value for price were frequent, with guests finding the food and parking expensive and not matching their expectations. Bed comfort was also a recurring concern, with some guests experiencing discomfort and back pain. Overall, while the location and some aspects of service were appreciated, improvements are needed in cleanliness, value, and room comfort.

Pros (+) Location was excellent. Connects to the convention center. Trolley stop is just outside the doors.
Cons (-) No electric vehicle hookups. Valet is $26/night but no setup for EV charging. Because of this would not have stayed there if was not part of a group booking.
