Hotel employees were wonderful. Very courteous. One issue we had is we were in need of feminine hygiene products and there was none, anywhere. We would have had to leave to hotel to acquire some. Bathroom was awesome. Balcony overlooking bass pro shop was cool
The bar tender on the 3rd floor was not very good. I do not feel she represented the other staff very well. Other than that, not being able to get feminine hygiene products were the only issues
Everything was great! The only thing that could have been any different was there was a huge tree in the middle of our view from the balcony, so we wished we had a better view. Other than that, it was amazing! We will be back. Just will make sure we are not in room 232 due to the view.
The view with the huge tree blocking it was not the greatest view. We were hoping for an exceptional view like you see pictured online. I hope they consider this next time they place a tree in the balcony view!
The location is perfect for exploring Memphis and the uniqueness is really cool.
Check-in and valet was understaffed.
Everyone was nice and there were so many complimentary gifts.
It was a little noisy in the hallway during the morning.
Fun, fun, fun!
We loved the theme and atmosphere of the room and Theo common spaces. Our room had a balcony complete with rocking chairs, and we loved the big jet tub and other amenities.
The room was not very quiet. We could clearly hear our neighbors when they were speaking, and they started setting up in one or the meeting spaces across the hall at 6 am and it was loud enough that we couldn’t go back to sleep.
