Hotel did not honor our breakfast paid in advance for 4. Had to change rooms because of dirty room, beds, and shower. Staff would not honor our breakfast even after we showed it was paid for.

Cons (-) It's a shame. The hotel is really nice, but the lightbulbs they've chosen to put in the rooms make them feel like a morgue. The CFLs put out this nasty blue light that is unsettling. Bad lighting choice! My other gripe was the fact that I got what's called a luxurious tub included with my room. Turns out it's just a run-of-the-mill tub you find in any cheap hotel. . .
