Cons: The first room we were assigned, we walked in and the mattresses were off the beds, leaning against the walls. A bunch of fabric debris was in the bathroom. I m still hoping my children and I did not walk into a room that was being fumigated.

Cons: The staff was horrible. There was 2 ladies, over charged my charge account, and created scene in the lobby. My wife and I encountered in a past stay at the very Hampton Hotel. Tried calling authorities on me and my wife. Charged my account before ever reaching the hotel. Made my birthday weekend miserable. Had not it been for the General Manager, my wife and I would have been out of our monies. The General Manager had to come in on her time off to straighten the mess out staff made.

Cons: We tried getting a drink of water out of the tap, but there were black flecks in it.... the vending machines also did not have bottled water. Furthermore, despite setting the air conditioning to 67 it never got cooler than about 72.

Pros: The staff was superb, especially the breakfast staff. The desk clerks were very personable and attentive. The breakfast staff worked very hard to keep the food fresh and all areas cleaned. They were constantly on the go and they continued to smile. They were very respectful.
Cons: The room was extremely small and closed in. There was no guide on TV. You could pull up the guide but nothing appeared where the programs that were available should show.

Pros: Overall for the price it was good. The girl that worked the desk Saturday evening was great! We had several family members there and we ordered in pizza and she got us plates, etc. She put up with all our noise!
Cons: The Friday morning breakfast guy (kid) was not friendly AT ALL! Could not even keep up with the coffee! I will tell you, every time I went to get coffee - either morning or evening, it was either COLD or EMPTY!

Pros: They are consistent. Even though some of the rooms need minor repair, (i.e.)grout redone. The rooms are nice, the carpets clean and stain free. The beds a little too hard for my liking, but comfortable nonetheless. The staff is always pleasant.

Pros: Our room was bright and comfortable. We didn't have to ask for a thing. Mia greeted us with a smile, told us all about the amenities here, and made sure to let us know if we needed anything to make our stay more comfortable to just call her. I had for a bag downstairs at check-in and she called me right away to let me know. Mia was awesome!

Cons: The room was absolutely filthy the doors where sticky dirty and looked like they never been wiped down. The bed sheets had several stains. The mirrors looked as if they had been wiped with dirty rag. There was obviously a pest problem as rodent traps and roach traps visibly in halls and nearby vending machines which are inside the building. The house keeping staff never cleaned or serviced the room even after I was gone all day. The night staff where loud and cutting up all night disturbing sleeping guess near by.

Cons: Detached shower hardware, towels set on top of the toilet, lack of TV channel instructions, heat off & COLD room when we arrived, multiple barbeque grills out front of other rooms (at least 5) and no one told us the breakfast hours- so we missed it. In-room coffee was horrible.

Pros: the front desk attendant. He was very nice and tried to give us another room to our satisfaction but none of them were acceptable rooms. He understood and gladly refunded my money.
Cons: this facility was NASTY. there was stains on the bed sheets. told they couldnt change sheets cause the housekkepers were gone ( at 4 pm) and he couldnt get us new sheets. matresses in the parking lot and propped up against hotel windows along with lots of other furniture pieces in the parking lot. plug ins were hanging out and broke with exposed electrical cords hanging out. someone from your business should really look into this facility. We were not there 5 minutes and had a sketchy man following us a round and try to come into our room.

Pros: Absolutely nothing. There is no way I would have stayed there if I hadn't know up front that due to the timing it was non-refundable.

Cons: Wasn't very clean. Refrigerator made a loud buzzing sound all the time. And anything you plugged in would just fall out of the socket.
