Cons: Please remove the bath rug/mat in my room from circulation; it's worn out and torn. I will suggest that housekeeping pay attention to the cleanliness of edges and corners in rooms ,there were visible dusts and debris. The sofa by the connecting door needs deep cleaning; I could not sit on it because of perceived filth.

Pros: The staff was very friendly and expected my arrival. The room was to my specification and the free shuttle and free HOT breakfast was a super deal. The bathroom and bedroom were large and clean. I felt like I had a suite because there was a sitting room that I didn't even ask for! I really enjoyed my stay. Great for a quick layover.

Cons: The restroom door in my room smashed my hand because or closed extremely hard. It was very unsafe. I spoke to the young lady at the desk she acted like it wasn't a big deal. I had to ask for a manager. It was at that point she said the manage wasn't there

Cons: Air conditioner in room 354 extremely noisy. Asked for a room change, was told not possible as the hotel was full. Reception promised to send technician to see to it. No change in noise level when when we returned to room after dinner. Sleep was difficult and disturbed!

Cons: It took forever to get my room cleaned up. I ended up having to ask if the room was on the list and the reply was “what do you need?”. Also, it seems weird to complain about it, but the bed sheets were rough to the point that my skin felt like I got rug burn. The front desk was very nice and overall a good place to stay.

Pros: Clean and comfortable room. Massive bed, heaps of hot water and the air conditioner worked a treat. Close walking distance to a good BBQ joint. Easy check in and out. And it had an ice machine. All good with me.

Cons: Wish they had more towels or bigger towels. Got a smoking room so I guess they thought it was fine to keep using the bedspread with burn holes in it.

Cons: At first had an issue with the first room they Gave me. It was dirty, no a/c, smelled really bad and I have cockroaches. I told the front desk once and they said it a good room. Then a/c did not cool down the room so I told the front desk ones again, they responding with paperwork saying that they just service the AC recently and to wait an hour. So i left for 3 hours then I check the room, it still wasn’t cool down. For the third time I told front desk and got on the phone with a manager and got reassign to a other room that was much better condition and environment for my family. customers not always right policy.
