Pros: Booked a villa room and when we arrived and checked in, we were told we had been upgraded to a kings suite hotel room which is amazing and did not expect it at all. Just that on itself is unbelievable. Stunning room and comfortable and clean. Very impressed.

Pros: Exceptional (golf) hotel, excellent standards, yet relaxed. Perfect golf course, good restaurants and spa; plenty of activities.
Cons: It is about a 40 pound taxi ride from Ayr railway station - though this is also a positive as the remoteness was welcome.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: The staff all greet you when you walk by them. They staff are very friendly and went over and above with their service. The place is so beautiful, rooms are stunning especially the bathroom! The bed is the most comfortable hotel bed I’ve ever slept in. I love how the whole place is dog friendly as we brought our dog. The food is nice and cocktails are amazing. The doormen wearing kilts is a great uniform.
