Pros: I preordered champagne to be delivered to the room as it was my husband’s birthday. This was chilled in an ice bucket on arrival along with a fresh berry selection and a happy birthday message.
Cons: Our room was quite chilly when we arrived, the windows in the bedroom and the bathroom were open and the heating must have been on timed as it took a while for the radiator in the bedroom to warm up.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Staff are very helpful food excellent
Cons: Always have trouble trying to find a plug near a mirror for the hairdryer, taking an extension next time , however when I asked they gave me one
Good 7,5
Pros: First of all I wanted to point out that this hotel looks amazing and the food was awesome - it has beautiful big rooms with doubled shower, a bathtub, smart tv, coffee machine, hair dryer. It feels like the one who planned the room thought about everything costumer's needs, Other than the cleaning crew the hotel's workers are polite and helpful. The overall experience from the hotel is very positive not including the cleaning crew.
Cons: The cleaning service is horrible.. According to the hotel's policy they ask to put towels that we do not plan to use on the floor and hang the towels we will use again. So we left on the floor our dirty wet towels and at the evening when we came back to hotel we found our dirty wet towels in a basket near the bathtub- packed with ribbon , to make us think they are clean. It is not a service that I expect from 5 stars hotel.
Good 7,1
Pros: The bed was just lovely
Cons: Staff could have done better. Used towel from previous guest still on hook behind bathroom door and bathroom bin not emptied. I was there to meet my family who were also staying with a baby, it was incredibly difficult to get the stroller into the hotel, especially from the pavement, never anyone there to help. Waited for ages in the bar for a pot of tea and a soda water and lime on the afternoon I arrived.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Everything
Cons: Nothing
Excellent 9,6
Pros: Loved the hotel - very beautiful and stylish. Bedroom was large and elegant with super comfy bed, powerful shower and huge bath. Staff were helpful and hotel is in great location.
Cons: Can’t really think of anything!
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Spacious comfortable room, relaxing atmosphere. Friendly helpful professional staff. Food was good, wife is vegan and there was a vegan menu and staff helpful with suggesting options. Also had a small dog with us and hotel very accommodating. Not a hotel where you feel bombarded with rules and regulations - flexible and helpful.
Cons: Nothing
Excellent 10,0
Pros: This hotel is the best hotel ever. The staff are amazing, the rooms are gorgeous. We love it and that's why we keep coming back!! Couldn't recommend highly enough
Excellent 10,0
Pros: The staff were all very polite and helpful, a special mention goes to David - he was simply lovely! The Gaudium grand room is spacious, well laid out with a beautiful design. It offers ample space if you want to have a night in and take a break from the bustling city. The hotel is well located in the West End - take some time to explore the neighbourhood, it doesn't fall short on cafes, boutiques, museums etc. compared to the city centre. Very good breakfast with a good choice of continental and cooked options. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
Cons: The shower layout in the bathtub causes water to run on the surface and spill out
Excellent 8,3
Pros: Lovely bedroom & bathroom. Excellent dinner and good hearty breakfast. Staff service was superb
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Beautiful place from top to bottom.
Cons: Only the fact that we couldn’t stay longer!

Excellent 8,3
Pros: Food was wonderful in their restaurant;
Cons: All was good.
Okay 4,2
Pros: The room was spacious. Close to the airport (although that’s not what people are looking for in this type of hotel!...)
Cons: It’s a scam!! In small letters you find that “some rooms are located in the cottage”. This is in no way readily visible and there is no way of knowing if you’re actually booking one of such rooms. One obviously books a room here for the glamour of staying in a castle. Well the “cottage” is a small shed like structure in the backyard of the castle that faces the parking lot and kitchen backdoor!! The room was dusty, cold and the heating didn’t work properly. It has old single glass windows and the door is so poorly made that the sun shines around it at dawn!! Plus it has the worst plumbing that makes this LOUD gargling noises whenever it is in use. If you’re looking for glamour, look elsewhere!!
Excellent 9,0
Pros: Wonderful setting, staff were very helpful and friendly. Food was amazing
Good 7,1
Pros: Beautiful castle with nice and clean rooms. Good breakfast.
Cons: Very disappointed over the fact that we didn’t get a room in the actual castle as we thought we would. We got a room in a building next to the castle which unfortunately took away the feeling...
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Great castle feel hotel, 3 miles from city.
Cons: Food in restaurant (for dinner) was ‘average’
Excellent 9,2
Pros: The hotel itself was very nice, good food and very friendly staff, also very clean.
Cons: We were in a ‘garden room’ which was below and separate from the hotel building, no air conditioning and the bathroom looked a little shabby, it looked as though there had been a flood at some point and the repairs were of a very poor standard. I expect much better when paying £200 per night.
Good 6,7
Pros: Elegant property with good modern facilities in a convenient location.
Cons: I like a continental breakfast and the choices available were limited, and not as expected for this class of hotel. Considering the wet weather why not provide coat hooks in the bedrooms? Why do you have canned music playing at breakfast, not to my taste.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: It was perfect and was upgraded to a suite. Would recommend this to everyone that comes to Scotland
Excellent 8,3
Pros: The staff were lovely and friendly. Angela, Anne and the Asian lady on reception were so approachable and friendly.
Cons: The executive suite didn’t have air conditioning and I didn’t sleep well at all because it was so hot. The fan that was provided wasn’t any use either.
Excellent 8,8
Pros: It is in a good area easily accessible to town, and isn’t too large.

Excellent 9,6
Pros: So convenient- a short walk from the airport building. Staff were very friendly and check in process was a breeze. Rooms were a good size, beds were very comfortable and the included breakfast was really good with both hot and cold options. Brilliant value for money- we will definitely be back.

Excellent 10,0
Pros: Ideal location for us as we needed to be close to the SSE Hydro. Staff were all very friendly and welcoming. Blackout curtains in the room so we had a great sleep!
Cons: Smaller bathroom than we expected & the toilet didn’t flush well but nothing that we couldn’t live with.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Lovely breakfast, good selection of food. Nice setting looking out onto the river Clyde. Room was immaculate and bed was very comfortable. Staff very friendly and very helpful.
Cons: Couldn't find fault with anything.
Excellent 8,8
Pros: Closeness to the conference venue.
Cons: Quality of the restaurant.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: The decor, the shower, the food, the service.
Cons: As a family we were separated by 8 floors know all adults but would have been nice to be on same floor .Why only one dressing gown and slippers for one person in double room .
Okay 5,8
Cons: The car park, didn’t know and wasn’t told at reception that it wasn’t free to residents so I had to pay £60 to parking eye today or else it would go up to £100
Excellent 9,2
Pros: Clean, spacious, comfortable room Good breakfast selection Great location
Good 6,7
Pros: The breakfast was really good . Best I have had in a long time in a hotel
Cons: Didn't like the receptionist when checking out . Not very helpful and wasnt sure what she was doing . Rooms could do with some TLC
Excellent 8,8
Pros: Staff were friendly and couldn't do more for you
Cons: Pillows were like bricks. Nothing to say what number to file for room service. Were asked at checkin what drinks we would like when we returned from the concert.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: I liked the fact it was so near the hydro and the swimming pool and jacuzzi
Cons: The prices of food at the bar
Excellent 9,0
Pros: Great amenities and customer service. Very comfortable room. Good location in Glasgow with a quick walk to Argyle Street. Had everything I expected in a hotel.
Cons: The only issue we ran into was that our room key was de-activated a day earlier than our reservation ended, so we needed to return to the lobby for the help. The people at the desk were very accommodating and quick to fix it, so that was great.
Excellent 8,0
Pros: The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The view from a high floor is great. A solid door rather than a glass one on the bathroom would help - my partner leaves the bathroom light on so he can see his way there through the night and this reflects in the mirror outside in the room. The answer is to switch the light off but that won’t happen. Good breakfast selection.
Cons: I’ve stayed here 3 or 4 times and the coffee at breakfast is NEVER hot. Lukewarm at best every time.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Great location right next to hydro, food was good staff were all friendly and room was immaculate would defiantly stay here again

Okay 5,8
Pros: Staff were pleasant. The pool was lovely and was quiet. Nice grounds if you like golf.
Cons: The casual dining menu was not worthy of a 5 star establishment food had to be returned (appeared to be using frozen potato wedges!) and chose not to eat there at all. Room was not 5 star standard either but it was clean requires finishing touches as in shower had chunk of enamel out of it, furniture was scratched, we didn't have our used glasses refreshed by housekeeping which you would expect for price paid! For anyone with difficulty in walking it's a long way from reception to the rooms by the spa.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Room was clean and comfortable, the views were out of this world and the staff were faultless.
Cons: N/A
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Lovely location, the pool and gym. Food excellent.
Cons: Nothing really
Good 7,1
Pros: Staff were very friendly and helpful. Food was good, the surrounding area is scenic and rural. Hotel is very grand. It is very convenient for the airport.
Cons: Rooms are enormous - actually too big. May suit some though.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Stunning building in stunning surroundings Probably the friendliest staff I have encountered
Cons: Nothing
Excellent 10,0
Pros: The location of this hotel is like a hidden secret, the views over the water are breathtaking! There’s a 18 hole golf course right on your doorstep! The Spa facilities are Superb, the staff there were brilliant, helpful and very accommodating. The thermal spa is fantastic with heated loungers looking out across the golf course and across the Erskine bridge. The waiting staff were outstanding and anything I wanted they had! I was treated like Royalty which aided my stay there! I did not want to leave! Well done Mar Hall spa!!
Cons: Leaving!
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Everything as usual
Cons: Nothing as usual
Okay 4,0
Pros: The food was good, breakfast was delicious
Cons: Mould on the shower tiles and grout. Mould on the ceilings and a terrible smell of damp! Told the manager and check out who said he wasn’t aware of it but gave us his email address and said let us know when you’re coming back and we’ll give you a good rate!!! Due to the health hazard, we won’t be back
Good 7,1
Pros: Very nice surroundings, room was very clean and bath / shower room was very nice .
Cons: Room was in the basement which was a little dingy and smelt a little musty but room didn’t
Okay 5,8
Pros: The pool and spa facilities were fine, and they met our expectations. The surrounding views were lovely.
Cons: The main purpose of our stay was to enjoy a luxurious spa package but unfortunately one of the employees called in sick, and we had to forfeit our preferred package for just a 30 minute session. The hotel itself was very tired and styled rather poorly. The resort requires a bit of modernising, and perhaps better training of their staff to ensure the experience lives up to its five star reputation. The room was not cleaned to our standard, and there was quite a bit of dust that remained. The ballroom for the fine dining experience was in the same room you have breakfast in, which was rather disappointing.

Excellent 8,0
Pros: Chose Hotel for single overnight following appointment at nearby Hospital. Exceeded expectations. Bright, spacious, comfortable. Very friendly helpful staff. Good food and generous tasty breakfast. Room decor not to my taste but comfy bed, powerful shower + large quality towels. Have already booked again for follow-up appointments.
Cons: Only negative: Cold! Weather had suddenly turned, and room took long time to warm up, despite temperature on highest setting. Lack of tissues in room was surprising omission. Receptionist admitted many had commented on this, so assume will be rectified.
Excellent 9,2
Pros: Everything was excellent a top hotel. Room as stunning, and the breakfast was class!100% stay here again if in the area

Good 7,1
Pros: The look of hotel, lady at breakfast was the only staff member who had the guests interest and was very helpful

Pros: I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The only problem was that the toilets were outside the room, which I didn’t know when booking. However, my room was the only one like that as the staff told me. Overall, good value for the price.
Excellent 8,8
Pros: For location it is perfect. Staff are absolutely wonderful. Everything was clean and tidy and lovely hot shower. Fabulous and would certainly comeback again.
Cons: Rooms at very top of house could use a wee touch up as we had peeling paint and very creaky doors.
Excellent 9,6
Pros: The hotel was very very friendly and the place was spotless and well managed.
Cons: At breakfast they ran out of room in the restaurant and so I got a call from reception at 10:20am to say there was now room. I had a 1 hour 15 minute wait, but the omelette I had for breakfast was absolutely delicious and the staff again were great and really friendly.
Excellent 8,8
Pros: this was really good value for a short notice booking. the travel connections were good the bed was nice and comfortable
Cons: no toilet in the room. breakfast seemed to be very expensive so I did not bother with any
Good 7,9
Pros: Convenient for city, friendly, nice breakfast
Cons: No in room tea/coffee making facilities
Good 7,9
Cons: When I booked two rooms , for a one night stay, one for my wife and I, and one for friends. I thought we were getting a good deal . I received an e mail before our stay to advise that only one room came with a breakfast, and if we wanted additional breakfasts, they would cost £ 12. 50 each. We advised our friends to have the breakfast, which they did . We joined them in the dining room , and stupidly on our part ordered 2 omelettes, that we didn't really need, so we were charged £ 25 for food we should have avoided ordering ( our fault ). However , I would like to make a couple of points. 1. £12. 50 in my opinion is an extortionate price, for an omelette and a cup of tea ! 2. Again , in my opinion , this seems like a sharp practice , to enable either the hotel, or booking. Com to scalp an extra £25 from customers. In the first place , when you book 2 rooms like I did on this occasion , would you not expect both rooms to be the same deal ? I dont think this was explained at the time of booking, if I missed it then that is my fault. Please be assured that I will thoroughly check ALL details before I think about booking through booking .com in future.
Excellent 8,3
Pros: Nice hotel. Friendly staff. Great breakfast.
Cons: Parking on street can be a challenge but once there best to leave car and walk or take transit.
Excellent 8,8
Pros: The location was great, the staff was very welcoming, really good value for money
Good 7,0
Pros: Breakfast was very good- mushroom omelette Excellent location in the West End of Glasgow opposite the Botanic Gdns My room was in the basement and a little cramped in fairness at £40 / night, given the location that was probably equitable. No tea/coffee facilities in the room, which was a little surprising, although it probably was mentioned in the booking details. Tea and coffee advertised in the hotel as being available by room service 24hr but at a charge.
Cons: Would have preferred not to be in a basement room.
Good 6,3
Pros: Clean and good location
Cons: Bed too small for me. Room ok

Good 7,5
Pros: Handy for Hydro. Breakfast good.
Cons: Bedroom too small. No wardrobe and hangers situated above kettle was an accident waiting to happen.
Excellent 9,2
Pros: Very comfy bed
Cons: Iron in room
Good 7,5
Pros: The location was great and staff were lovely
Cons: The lighting in the room wasn’t that great
Okay 5,0
Pros: Shower was great... would have been nicer if it didn't have hair on the tiles mind you. Staff were very friendly and make the hotel worth visiting (if it wasn't so expensive)
Cons: Room service burgers were undercooked (they didn't charge us though after we had to send them back) Heating didn't work, windows were open on arrival and was freezing. Reported but couldn't be fixed till the following day which was no good for us of course.
Excellent 8,0
Pros: Location was perfect, breakfast was lovely, room was clean and tidy.
Cons: Unfortunately the bed was on the small size (Queen size bed) and the rooms were very hot.
Okay 5,4
Pros: Breakfast was fine in terms of food options, quality & quantity with no extra charges. Staff were friendly & helpful.
Cons: No ceiling lights so room is dark relying on bedside lamps. Mildew & mould around shower tray silicone and drain overflowed when shower was on. Cramped ensuite with door which doesn’t fully open. Wardrobe door hanging off hinge. Lumpy bed & mattress topper. Marks & stains on furniture. Room was too cool during the night & temp not adjustable. Noisy during the night with other hotel guests. Phone rung at 6am when not asked for a wake up alarm. Coffee arrived in dented coffee pot with broken lid. Dining room decor & furniture tired. Inappropriate music playing during breakfast.

Pros: Staff at reception.
Cons: Window that wouldn’t close. Finding a previous occupant’s bra. Hotel stairs not clean.
Excellent 8,5
Pros: Nice rooms, comfy bed (if a little firm) and good breakfast. Location is perfect for the west end.
Excellent 9,6
Pros: It was handy for the west end
Cons: The traffic noise
Good 7,1
Pros: The hotel is ideally situated on the corner of Great Western Road and Byres Road which has a high choice of restaurants and bars. Ashton Lane in nearby and it has a great selection of places. The hotel has a popular bar used by residents and visitors alike and also a good restaurant.
Cons: the car park is best described as quirky in that is shared with a store (Waitrose) and residents as well as the hotel itself. Not the biggest either.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Excellent location and service
Okay 4,6
Pros: location was good but unfortunately nothing else was.
Cons: a wedding was going on right underneath our room which was very upsetting after and long day's travelling. We bitterly regret not booking a room at the premier inn which would have cost us half the price and would have been a lot quieter and cleaner.Breakfast the following morning arrived cold and had to be sent back. The staff were very apologetic. All in all breakfast was not good value for money.I would not recommend staying here until they have undergone a massive refurbishment.
Good 7,9
Pros: Very friendly staff and a good overall selection of hot and cold and fresh items at breakfast
Cons: Many areas look a little old and tired and some bedrooms and bathrooms can feel old fashioned.
Good 7,1
Pros: The location.
Cons: Breakfast really wasn’t great for the extra cost.
Okay 4,0
Pros: The bed was extremely hard and uncomfortabke
Excellent 8,0
Pros: Location, friendly staff, comfortable room, good shower
Cons: Very noisy on Sunday night till about midnight. My room was on the 1st floor. No fitness room on site
Excellent 9,2
Pros: Great stuff, very accommodating. Good room service
Good 7,5

Good 7,0
Pros: Location location location
Cons: The bed was uncomfortable
Excellent 8,0
Pros: staff were great really helpful, room clean and towels changed daily, very good breakfast, next door to botanic garden.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Staff were amazing, friendly, helpful and full of local knowledge which made our stay easier and more enjoyable. Breakfast was tasty and very relaxed. Hotel family rooms are a great size.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Perfect location for the gig i was attending at queen Margaret union only 5 minutes away. Comfy bed, nice shower and great cooked breakfast.
Excellent 9,6
Pros: Great value for money, easy access to everything. Exactly opposite botanical gardens and walking distance from University of Glasgow. We would love to visit again soon!
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Our room was huge, with two double beds (when we only expected two singles). The bathroom was also large. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The location was excellent -- great neighbourhood with lots of restaurants, pubs, stores nearby. We were able to leave our bags at the hotel during the day we checked out, until it was time for our bus to Edinburgh.
Cons: Cooked breakfast was mediocre and coffee was thin.
Excellent 9,2
Pros: The hotel is in a very nice area (near the gardens) right next to the bus stop. Breakfast was amazing. You can choose a traditional english breakfast that they prepare for you or a clasic continental brekfast (cereals, jam and butter, yoghurt etc.). The staff was also very nice and quick at the check-in and check-out.
Cons: If you stay in a “small double room” keep in mind that is VERY small and probably in the basement, with a not-so-pleasant view. Overall it’s a very beautiful, victorian style hotel and I would highly recommend it.
Excellent 8,2
Pros: Our stay was great. De rooms where clean, the beds comfortable and we had WiFi. The breakfast was also good. There is also a parking lot for your car. And the staff is very friendly.
Cons: The beds roll when you go lie in it. Bit irritating
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Very pleasant staff, willing to please
Excellent 8,3
Pros: Very good Scottish Breakfast, served with generous amount of toast and coffee. Good location just next to Botanic Gardens, Glasgow University, and transport.
Cons: 2 Flights we have to climb to our rooms with heavy luggage

Good 7,9

Cons: There was a gap in the window the room was always cold !
Good 7,5
Pros: Everything fine
Excellent 10,0
Pros: One of the friendliest places I have stayed the staff couldn't do enough for you, it was warm, cozy and very quiet. The breakfasts were excellent and cooked individually, there was a great choice of fresh fruits , croissants and juices everything you could expect at a good quality. Great restaurants in the area. The bus stop is outside and costs £2.50 or £4.60 for a day ticket on the number 6 or 6A from outside the train station and takes roughly 25 mins depending on traffic, the buses come every 10 mins so it was very convienient. The subway is quicker and slightly cheaper but a further walk from the hotel ( it rained a lot during our stay )
Cons: It is over 3 miles outside the city not the 1.5 as shown on booking. com.
Good 7,9
Pros: excellent location...very good breakfast....staff friendly...would book the kelvin hotel again.....
Cons: shared bathroom and shower......not so good......
Excellent 9,2
Pros: I liked the large room which was nice and warm on arrival. The tea and coffee facilities. The modern well equipped bathroom. The friendly and helpful staff. A good choice for breakfast of cooked and continental.
Cons: I didn’t like to have to climb stairs as there was no lift. The very small car park to the rear of the hotel.
Excellent 9,6
Pros: Friiendly,comfortable.Food good
Cons: Wifi connection could be better

Good 7,0
Pros: Good sized room, comfortable bed.
Cons: Carpets in hallways not vacuumed. Bedroom carpet not vacuumed, body hairs transferred to wall tiles when cleaning bathroom. Very noisy from early morning.
Excellent 8,0
Pros: all well
Good 7,1
Pros: Nice hotel with good transport links to city centre very helpful staff throughout the hotel.
Cons: The bathroom wasn’t cleaned there was hair in the bath and bathroom walls from a previous guest. And also a shaving razor cover in the bath on the edge which of the room was cleaned properly it would of been noticed. Room 408. Really disappointed as stayed here previously.
Mediocre 2,9
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Everything
Good 7,1
Pros: Bathroom was great I especially love the bathtub. The hotel was really cozy.
Cons: It could have been a lot cleaner. After we checked in I noticed someone else's hair in the bathroom. A little noisy. Room was a bit small for the two of us.
Excellent 9,6
Pros: Fantastic hotel especially when the price is right.
Cons: Staff at reception could learn how to smile.
Good 6,3
Pros: Easy to find and park if you have a car, staff is nice, clean and quiet
Cons: Rooms are really small, not the best area of the West End
Good 7,5
Pros: The room was inexpensive and the staff were helpful and friendly.
Cons: The room wasn't ready at check in time and also didn't have the cot we'd requested. This was promptly rectified by the staff. The main issue was the layer of dust coating the place, the cleaning staff clearly need to be allowed more time in each room.
Mediocre 3,4
Pros: parking
Cons: Stayed here before without any problems but this time I booked a double bed, only to find two singles pushed together, which kept coming apart when slept on which made the stay extremely uncomfortable. The duvet was too small for the bedsheets and the bedsheets weren't fitted properly, looked like a rush job. To top off, I was on the 4th floor, 436, and all morning the housekeeping staff wouldn't keep the noise down and respect guests peace and quiet. There is an "office" at the end of the corridor on the forth floor where staff congregate. I had to bang my door several times so the staff realised that their noise was exessive. Did I mention the lift was broken too? Also, only had one towel in the room when two guests were staying. Overall, a total shambles.
Excellent 8,6
Pros: Staff were excellent. Friendly and very eager to help.
Cons: Room was quite warm but fans were available upon request
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Clean and very comfortable. Friendly and helpful staff very welcoming. Good location.
Cons: Paying for parking.
Excellent 9,6
Pros: Can always get s good deal, staff excellent
Cons: Nothing
Good 6,7
Pros: The friendliness and efficiency of the staff was excellent. The quality of the evening meals was good and the room was warm, clean and comfortable.
Cons: The hotel offers an "Early Bird" menu but don't actually give out this menu in the restaurant at the specified times. There is also a Table D'hote menu which does not specify a price. I found this misleading as I wrongly asumed this was the "Early Bird" menu. However after some discussion my bill was adjusted to my satisfaction. The food at breakfast was disappointing - plenty choice but let down by overcooked bacon, rubbery scrambled egg and disgusting orange juice.
Good 6,0
Pros: The location for my trip
Good 6,0
Pros: Hotel ideally located for our visit - ideal location next to main road with buses every 10 mins into Glasgow. Nice bar area.
Cons: Dark lane to hotel not lit, could do with lights as a bit scary. Remote control for tv was lost in our room, we eventually found it under the bed ! Housekeeping should be checking things like this.
Good 7,7
Pros: nice modern and clean rooms, good breakfast and excellent parking
Good 6,3
Pros: A friendly, welcoming hotel that was comfortable and, to be honest, a bit of a treat. By the way if this quote is used please use two male figures.
Cons: I didn't like Christmas music over breakfast. I realise that Christmas is looming but the end of November was too soon to have this music over breakfast. Really bad, bad idea.

Pros: Great location. Really friendly staff. Lovely big Georgian bedroom with great views of the Botanical Gardens and really close to Hillhead Restaurants
Cons: Beautiful bedroom but needs a lot of TLC. Breakfast was rather hit or miss
Mediocre 3,3
Pros: It was in close proximity to a gig we were going to.
Cons: Had difficulty getting in no staff a mobile number left . Room hadn’t been cleaned bins not emptied floor covered in crumbs and no towels. No staff in the building to get us any. Breakfast was poor. Will not stay here again.
Good 7,9
Pros: Staff very friendly.. accessible to all places we wished to see
Cons: Facility was pretty much as depicted in promo.. but the bed was awful. You could feel each spring and it was very thin.
Okay 4,6
Pros: breakfast very poor ate out second day .location as expected .
Cons: the hotel needs to be cleaned and repaired by experts. security and safety procedures increased .MORE STAFF REQUIRED .
Okay 5,8
Pros: Nothing.
Cons: Breakfast was horrible. We refused to eat it and just left the breakfast room. We paid ~£76 including breakfast. If you deduct £20 (for the breakfast for two), then the price of £56 for 1 night would make sense. Otherwise, £76 is a rip off. You can find a better hotel for this money.
Good 7,1
Pros: The location that's about it,the rest mediocre.
Cons: Place just painted and still wet bathroom and nothing hung back up ie mirror and picture I did it myself.(Saturday night) Toilet seat broken,tv channels poor signal and wifi poor, staying in the basement on the ground floor and window wouldn't lock and the wardrobe falling apart. But as I was going to a birthday in Ashton Lane and a 5min walk away so location wise perfect.
Good 6,3
Pros: Central for our needs, place the Every Thing Man is a miracle worker for what the owner expects from one person, should count her blessings to have such a good natured dogs body, cant see he staying here for too long.
Cons: Old & tired place needs a lot doing to it to even bring it up to average.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Had a great time in Scotland
Good 7,9
Pros: Breakfast was good choice and helpful host.
Cons: No one there when checked in had to wait and phone.
