The bed was large and once the talking outside stopped, we slept fairly well The morning staff (Greek) were great and real Hotel professionals
The list is too long Room card repeated malfunction Noisy corridors Noisy lobby Ineffectual evening staff Rough, tough bar staff Ravioli....4 pieces is not a main dish Irish coffee all mixed up like a cocktail
The location because we were going to the hydro
Very cold in bar area, every time main door opened cold draft was blowing in. Took a long time to check in, stood for 20 minutes in a queue with our luggage, staff said the computer system was slow!! After show at the hydro returned to hotel to hopefully have a drink in lounge area but was very busy so no seats available as tables were set for breakfast. Also very busy at bar with not many staff on si gave up & went to bed.
