Excellent 8,0
Pros: Lovely breakfast. Exceptionally pleasant, helpful staff
Cons: No space between twin beds
Excellent 9,0
Pros: The room itself was amazing especially the view but wished there was a bathtub included
Cons: Breakfast was quite average especially for the price as well
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Stunning room with all amenities and luxuries you would hope for from a hotel. The breakfast was outstanding- one of the best selections we've ever seen.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: This was booked for my son and his bride on their wedding night. They could not have praised it more. They loved the rose petals etc...
Cons: No dislikes
Excellent 10,0
Such a beautiful hotel! The room was humongous with the most luxurious bathroom. I’ve ever had in a European hotel. Purchased the stay and dine plan which was super affordable and great. The concierge and bellman were extremely efficient, courteous and professional. A big thank you to Liam for taking care of our parking issues! The food at the restaurant was great. Supper had a great variety and the roast was amazing! The breakfast has been just as amazing with a good full Irish breakfast! The one complaint was the service at the restaurant was bad. Not friendly, they seemed bothered and not focused on the client as compared with the rest of the service provided at the hotel.
Excellent 10,0
We were greeted on arrival and our car was taken care off. Front of house staff were great and friendly. We had booked a city view room, but looking out onto building works, however, we called down and asked if there were any rooms looking into great Victoria street. Very quickly we were upgraded to an executive room which was amazing! Thank you so much for a lovely treat. The only downfall was the restaurant, maybe some additional training for staff members and additional choices for the set menu!
Excellent 8,5
I would have never been able to afford a 5* hotel before so I was expecting a lot. The Fitzwilliam definitely delivered. Everything was to the highest standards. From the men parking our cars, bringing up luggage for us, the amazing bedroom & bathroom, the robe left on your bed in the evening with a chocolate on your pillow, the location. I have never experienced anything like this. Just eye opening how the standards of a hotel can be so high. Thank you so much for this wonderful experience Fitzwilliam Hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel and we would definitely stay here again.
Excellent 9,7
Pros: My stay was perfect from beginning to end
Cons: Nothing
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Great location, very central, high quality accommodation - bed & bedlinens, large beautifully appointed room, large bathroom with good shower, wifi, amenities. Staff on reception and in restaurant were warm, friendly, welcoming and really knew their individual roles in the hospitality industry.
Cons: Wine list could have been more interesting, else nothing else negative to say.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Very clean rooms, well appointed bathrooms (ours had shower and tub), umbrellas en suite, nearby to all major city center attractions
Excellent 9,7
Pros: Perfect central location close to city hall and the continental market, and right next door to the grand opera house. Hotel was spotless and staff were very welcoming, will definitely be back

Pros: Breakfast was lovely and well cooked, host was warm and kind when we got there and though till we left. Room was way above standards and it was clean and well spaced, would for sure stay again.
Cons: Only thing is just the area of the property, though nothing can obviously be done about that, other than that a perfect stay
Excellent 10,0
Pros: The room was clean and fresh. Very warm too which was good and an amazing bathroom. Lady that greeted us was very lovely and cooked beautiful fry for breakfast.
Cons: Neighbours above our room were a bit loud with the TV and their floor boards were making load of noise too. Was a bit annoying but it stopped.
Excellent 9,0
Pros: Marion the host, and comfortable beds, even the pillows , as im very fussy about pillows
Cons: Our stay was made all the much better because of Marion, she looked after us and made sure we were always happy with everything, very attentive, beds were so comfy , and hotel very clean, so easy to walk into town, was lovely walking through the park opposite too, weather was definitely on our side, we will definitely stay here again, very good value for money

Excellent 10,0
Pros: The decor
Cons: Beautiful hotel.. great stay
Good 7,0
Pros: Nice views over the street and lifts were plentiful and quick. Breakfast was very nice too. We had booked to eat there both nights, but only did the first night, food was just OK - but there are much better places to eat nearby. My Mum's sticky toffee pudding had been zapped for too long in the microwave and was hard, so I did mention it, they said it was a batch that had come in like that...then why serve it?? They were very apologetic and didn't charge us for it. Cocktail bar was very lovely, service was attentive and
Cons: It was just a number of small little things that niggled - most one could ignore, but when there are a few things that should have been better, it can start to niggle and make you wish you'd spent half the money elsewhere for the same standards. a Walls between my room and next door were thin (room 517), could hear next door talking and TV. The music and gathering was going on until about 4am, when I had to call down to complain - they did make it stop shortly afterwards so that was OK. Carpet hadn't been cleaned very well, still crumbs left over from previous guests. Hairdryer overheated, had to call for another to replace it, which was fine. Just a few little niggles in the bathroom - sink was very small couldn't get , difficult to fill the kettle up...had to use cups to do that. The bathroom door is frosted glass and opens directly on to bed area and the loo is directly next to the bathroom door....nothing major, but as the room is so small, the door was very close to the side of the bed...quite disconcerting, for whoever is on the loo or in bed! When on the loo, you can see an outline and hear everything - so avoid if you're shy!
Good 7,0
Cons: Check out time is very early.
Excellent 8,0
Pros: Very comfortable although we asked for window table abs could not accommodate
Cons: Our room obviously wasn’t inspected before arrival as blind was hanging off so had to go back to reception and que again
Good 7,6
needs extractor fan in bathroom, and better lighting
Good 6,5
Pros: Extremely loud party on top floor. Awful noise. Pounding music. Drunks yelling in hallways late into the night. Have not experienced this party noise/vibe since college dorm days. Awful first night. Next night much quieter, but walls are clearly thin as we could hear next door TV clearly until they turned it off around 11pm. Would not suggest staying here on a weekend if parties scheduled. Bring your ear plugs. Included breakfast was very crowded, but food prepared well. Service staff spread very thin, but nice.
Cons: Noise! Party extremely loud on weekend.
Good 7,7

Excellent 9,0
Pros: Everything was fine apart from the bald security guard hadn’t a clue what he was doing apart from that brilliant.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Excellent location and great staff. Value for money
Excellent 9,2
loved the location. staff were great. the breakfast was great. bar good but menu for food could be better
Excellent 9,1
Everything, was fantastic, till the last morning. the water, went off, no shower, no water to flush, the toilet or was your hands. Ask the reception, to make sure I had a room, as soon as I arrived, in Jurys Inn, Christchurch, Dublin. So that I could have a shower. She, just made, sure I had a reservation. Nothing, about a early chick in and no composition, not good enough
Excellent 8,2
Arrived at 4pm (3pm check in) to a long queue in the lobby to be told that our room was not ready. Waited 45mins after going up twice to the receptionist and the room was finally ready. The staff were always pleasant but it’s highly unprofessional that the rooms weren’t ready in a 4 star hotel.
Excellent 8,9
very good bus stoped out side hotel
Excellent 8,4
All positive
Excellent 8,2
Pros: Was very good - no fridge in room and I had insulin injection - bit kept it cool in bathroom in water! A mini fridge would be a good option and offered when you arrive , even at a nominal cost!! Breakfast was really good! I have booked up again for July 2019 as i like the hotel and it's location however it is very expensive!
Cons: The prices for room service is very expensive and then you also have to pay an additional amount on top of price - didn't use it for this reason!! Think with the costs of room breakfast should be included!
Excellent 9,1
very enjoyable stay. helpful staff. will be back.
Excellent 9,7
Pros: Easy check in, spacious room, easy for a week long stay, warm and inviting
Good 6,5
lovely room nice and quiet. what ruined the stay was the bar. service very poor beer was flat and tasted awful and when i pointed it out to barmsn he just shrugged his shoulders. i ordered food waited 45 mins for it to arrive.almost all tables stacked up with empty dirty glasses..whikst recently refurbusged tge sears were very uncomfortable .great pkace to stay but est abd dri k out the city somewhere
Excellent 8,2
Pros: Location Sound proof Windows Staff
Cons: Could be more at breakfast Rooms stuffy
Excellent 10,0
Was welcomed very well was asked what the occasion was told the staff it was a gift from the family to celebrate my husbands 65th birthday up graded the room and gave my husband a box of chocolates and staff were very helpful and food was excellent would stay again
Good 7,1
Pros: Nice looking rooms
Cons: Walls were paper thin.could hear everything from people beside us
Okay 5,7
Pros: It was centrally located. Our room was bare but clean
Cons: There was one member of the staff at the front desk that was particularly unhelpful. One of those people that follows the rules but doesn't go out of her way for anything. Unfortunately, don't remember her name, but she was small, young, and slightly chubby.

I stay in this hotel quite often, and I always find the staff friendly and very helpful. The hotel is also in a great location for shops, theatres and restaurants.
Good 7,7
Pros: Good location in the city centre
Cons: Staff were quite food at check in giving a poor check in experience
Excellent 9,1
Pros: Most of the staff were friendly. The rooms were not too small, bathroom was small but efficient and had everything you need, also good wifi. Convenient location as well.
Cons: There was a slight smell in the corridors, didn't bother me much but can be improved. I wasn't aware of any meal deals, but had a 3 course dinner at their restaurant - starters and dessert was great, the mains not so great as they were dry (chicken and burger). There weren't many food options though.
Excellent 8,5
Pros: Rooms were small but clean. Location was outstanding and staff were very friendly. The price was right, so couldn't ask for much more.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: super-friendly assistants
Excellent 9,3
Pros: Very conveniently located. Friendly, helpful staff. Excellent value.
Cons: Decor on the modern side, so a bit boring.

Good 6,0
Pros: Location
Cons: Cleanliness
Excellent 8,0
Cons: There was a smell of drains coming from the plug hole in the bathroom basin. Otherwise all very nice
Mediocre 3,0
Pros: Ideal location to walk into the city. The parking was extortionate. When we asked the receptionist if there was anywhere nearby that we could park for 2 nights that wouldn’t be as expensive as Saint Anne’s square we were rudely told that this was the best and cheapest around. We later found out from a taxi driver that this was one of the most expensive Car parks in Belfast. He showed us a car park that was very close to us that was a fraction of the price. We did not have a budget for this type of parking and we just asked for some advice on where to park for a more reasonable price. The food was shocking. We purchased nachos that were so stale and soggy we didn’t go near them. And the waiter was sneaky enough to ask us if we would like to add a small bit of chicken with it (I’m not sure you could even call it chicken) Only to be charged an extra 3 pounds. We also ordered garlic fries that were like rubber. Covered in sauce and son overpriced. The waitress didn’t even ask us why our plates were still full as she removed them from our table as we were finished. The breakfast was bearable but cold. The staff barely greeted us. There was noise in the corridors each night between the boiler in the toilets/shower and people coming in late roaring. Food - over priced Staff - not helpful Parking (I understand that is not the hotel’s responsibility but come on please give us some more options) Comfort - knowing that the toilets and floors were not fully clean and having a bad smell in the room as soon as we arrived was disgusted. The beds were not comfortable. For the price I paid for the 2 nights I was extremely dissatisfied and will not be returning

Good 6,0
Pros: The were many appliances in the room (European adaptor, ironing machine, water boiler). Staff was friendly enough (altough I expected them to know something about travel conditions to the UK and they didn't). The hotel was in a good location. The bed was confortable and the wifi worked great.
Cons: The room was too warm, there was no closet, my room was equipped for dissabilities and lacked other usual facilities, there was a door between my room and ...another room and at one point it was loud. The breakfast was limited and the same every day. It was enormously expensive but I have to agree that I booked late so that's probably why.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Staff were so helpful and nothing was to much trouble. Room was very clean. Shower was great!! Would defo stay here again!
Cons: Nothing
Excellent 9,7
Cons: I didn’t like the fact that when we went to our friends room we were told that we weren’t aloud be in their room
Excellent 8,0
Pros: location, friendly staff
Cons: rooms very basic, some rooms were adjoining, very little privacy in these rooms, walls very thin
Okay 5,1
Pros: Location
Cons: Strictly functional room was noisy and very warm. Bed very uncomfortable.
Excellent 8,8
Pros: Clean cut basic hotel, perfect location fabulous staff and beautiful food would definitely recommend this hotel as it has two car park options and is within walking distance to Odassey/ Titanic quarters and the city centre
Mediocre 3,7
Cons: Very expensive with very limited amenities. The hotel kitchen closes early. SUPER Uncomfortable bed. The room was comparable to a dorm room in college. I requested a quiet room and was placed on the first floor. There is a dj playing loud music in the bar until 1am or so and I was able to hear every word of each song played. My breakfast in the morning wasn't even included and was pricey. I would not recommend or ever go back.

Excellent 10,0
Pros: Beautiful
Cons: Nothing
Okay 5,0
Pros: Location was excellent for us. Reception staff were great at check in, friendly and helpful.
Cons: Breakfast was a let down as it was table service, we were expecting buffet where we could help ourselves therefore ended up being very expensive for a plate of food half of which I wouldn’t have picked if it was a buffet, staff didn’t make it clear whether it was the same price as the buffet so I felt cheeky asking for extra food or swapping items out for other items. We wanted a drink on the first night we arrived but unfortunately the bar had already stopped serving cocktails. Anytime the shower was run it was flood the bathroom all the way to the other side of the room. The bathroom door was difficult to close and the handle was loose. Wanted it to be an easy relaxing stay, time to switch off but everything had to be thought about e.g. asking if you wanted room service - this should be a given. We were given a room right beside the function room, 2/3 nights loud music continued on til at least midnight.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Location excellent , nice pool and gym, staff friendly and helpful
Excellent 9,0
Pros: Location perfect, hotel security really nice & reception staff great
Cons: Would of been great to have a fridge in the room as rooms were soo warm couldnt keep drinks cool
Good 7,0
Pros: Central location and relatively modern.
Cons: A few silly covid restrictions in place regarding children in the bar/foyer. Also breakfast was a disaster, staff all over the place and food cold.
Good 7,0
Pros: Location was excellent.
Excellent 10,0
not much to fault, will stay there again for sure
Good 7,1
Pros: Rooms were clean and tidy. Staff were good. Breakfast was ok too.
Cons: I got a room in the 3rd floor which was noisy for traffic. The toilet was noisy too. I only stayed for 2 nights and would have made more of an issue of it had I been staying for longer. The room rate was at the top end when compared with their local competitors (the Europa / The Fitzwilliam) etc) so I will consider them when returning to Belfast. Even so it’s still a good hotel but no longer my first port of call
Excellent 10,0
Staying at Clayton Hotel Belfast is one of the most awesome experience of me. I could remember while I was entering the hotel an employee received me very cordially and he as well as all other staffs were no doubt highly professional. The room where I stayed was the luxurious one having all the things I needed. Food was obviously very delicious and server was very polite and friendly. Actually I have found nothing here to be improved. Everything is here well standard.
Good 7,4
Pros: Location, size of room, cleanliness of room
Cons: Stingy supply of tea, coffee etc, what was there was poor quality. Pool not organised i.e. Could have done with extra lane for swimmers, away from lessons. Spinner in changing room would have been appreciated. Cost of drinks in bar.
Excellent 8,6
perfect location
Excellent 8,5
City Centre Location (Photo on site is not Clayton but Holiday Inn Hotel) housekeeping staff great breakfast and restaurant staff - overall staff very good. Stay 30th - 2nd Jan -HOWEVER - Allocated room 725 on arrival and moved to 719 on request. 725 should be decommissioned until the broken window (cannot be closed) is repaired and the WC extractor fan is fixed to sound less than a supersonic jet. Room 719 - good, clean and suitable.

Excellent 8,0
Pros: Location was very central and had lots of amenities close by. The food was fantastic and the cocktails were amazing.
Cons: Parking in local carpark was expensive with no discount for hotel residents.
Excellent 8,0
Pros: I liked how it was very central to the event we where attending at custom house square. I loved how friendly the front of house staff were and very pleasant.
Cons: I thought the rooms where very basic. But it was nice regardless.
Okay 4,0
Pros: Ease of location
Cons: Pricey for how basic the room was
Good 7,0
Cons: View from Room was into the carpark
Excellent 10,0
Pros: It was handy to everything
Excellent 8,0
Pros: Staff were very helpful apart from one barmaid who was clueless. Location was good for walking around the city. Breakfast room was stylish.
Cons: Windows needed cleaning and reception looked dark and cluttered. Outside of the building could be restored to original stone.
Excellent 9,4
Pros: beds were terribly uncomfortable. Both felt like someone 500 lbs had slept on the edge and the entire mattress rolled that way. Everything else about this hotel: from the tremendous service from Fred at the front desk to the waitress at breakfast, were professional, answered our many questions, and we enjoyed our stay
Cons: bed mattresses need rotating
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Everything at Malmaison Belfast was outstanding! The staff was great and helpful for anything you needed and could arrange things like black taxi tours, room service, and recommend various restaurants and things to see. The rooms are gorgeous and very spacious. Shower pressure is great! The location is also ideal, being right across the street from Victoria Place shopping Center and other sights to see. Overall great experience and would absolutely recommend everything!

Mediocre 2,0
Pros: Location was good
Cons: Room cost £600 for 3 nights. It was a room for 2 adults. Zbed was put into room we expected a lot more for what we paid
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Very helpful receptionist Kerri , great reflection on the radisson blu. Would recommend and stay again
Excellent 9,0
Pros: Staff were amazing, very helpful and friendly. Great stay. Patrick and Jay were excellent.
Okay 5,0
Cons: The fact i was moved hotels after emails and calls i was assured our room would be suitable for 3 adults got there and room.was only for 2 they then put in a pull put bed which was uncomfortable. Also was told i hadnt paid which the payment was made before we arrived. And customer service was awful we made a enquire about diinner in hotel stsff went to find out and never came back. While outside of one of 0ur rooms we noticed a staff member enter 2nd room with out knocking or calling out as they entered. Also maim lamp was broke so lighting wasnt great
Poor 1,0
Pros: Breakfast was very good Cook and waitress very nice
Cons: I was updated to a rsdison blu belfast Hotel Room was dirty Phones didn't work in the room The girl on the reception didn't know what she was doing at all !!!
Excellent 8,0
Pros: Lovely bar, clean, friendly staff, great location and price too.
Cons: On booking I had selected to receive 2 cocktails on arrival with them added to the final bill. I never received an email from hotel to confirm.
Good 7,5
Pros: Location is great, room was clean, bed was comfortable. Staff was very nice and helpful
Cons: We had to request a couple of pillows more. They were brought to the room after having to call the reception twice.
Good 6,2
Pros: Location was good.
Cons: Mildew smell in rooms, and large cracks in walls.
Okay 5,4
Pros: Good location. Bed was comfortable
Cons: Both our soap and shampoo dispensers were bone empty. Only one shower towel was provided even though there were 2 guests and 2 nights. We asked for soap and towels 3 times, twice at reception and once to a house keeping assistant. All 3 times we were assured the room would be serviced ASAP. The room was not serviced once during our stay. When I said we had no soap and needed a new towel the receptionist didn’t take me seriously. She suggested we wash our hands with the gel in the shower, when I said that it too was empty she gave me some mini bottles. When I said we only had one towel she said there should be an extra in the wardrobe. I said we definitely only have one. I even went to double check the wardrobe. The only towel in the wardrobe was one of the small foot towels for getting out of the shower. We used the same towel the first morning but on morning two I thankfully was able to locate a fresh towel from a house keeping trolly. We were not offered any compensation for the inconvenience. Both of these thing, a towel and soap and fairly basic. Shouldn’t have been an issue at all but it certainly should have been resolved after our first visit to reception the night we arrived.
Excellent 10,0
lovely hotel, staff very friendly and attentive, beautiful bar and food was excellent, perfect location for shopping and bars
Excellent 10,0
great hotel. bar food was amazing. hotel spotless clean and very central. would recommend
Excellent 8,8
Pros: Great location mere blocks to central Belfast at a good rate for such a nice hotel in the center of a major city.
Cons: Parking was a little far away and pricey. Staff while hopeful weren't as friendly as I'm used to. That may be a cultural thing because I'm American and I had previously spent a week in the 'warmer' Republic of Ireland but I found the staff here and at other places in the North to be much less likely to greet you or strike up a conversation. Not a huge deal but for me it helps to make me feel welcomed in a new place.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Loved it's central location. Very accommodating and appreciated their attention especially in locating a forgotten camera.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: Fast friendly checking, good wifi, good location, lovely rooms.
Cons: Water could have been a degree or two warmer in the shower but i like it really hot and it was nonetheless fine.
