It's an old hotel that although nice it's starting to show its age. Nothing in the rooms was up to date with the times, tv, plug location and or type.

Pros (+) Rooms were clean and tidy. Staff were good. Breakfast was ok too.
Cons (-) I got a room in the 3rd floor which was noisy for traffic. The toilet was noisy too. I only stayed for 2 nights and would have made more of an issue of it had I been staying for longer. The room rate was at the top end when compared with their local competitors (the Europa / The Fitzwilliam) etc) so I will consider them when returning to Belfast. Pros (+) Location, size of room,cleanliness of room
Cons (-) Stingy supply of tea,coffee etc,what was there was poor quality. Pool not organised i.e. Could have done with extra lane for swimmers,away from lessons. Spinner in changing room would have been appreciated. Cost of drinks in bar.
