We had a newly renovated room that was very nice with a great river view. Staff were very nice. Restaurant/ lounge area is very nice.
I was excited that there was a 110 volt plug in our room but unfortunately it didn’t work. They also forgot to clean our room one day.
Location was fantastic. Staff were very friendly. I had asked for a gesture as it was our first time to travel as husband and wife and they provided a complimentary bottle of prosecco.
Handle on door of wardrobe was falling off. No back on the remote control. No water in the room. When I arrived to the restaurant bar on Friday evening we were told that there was no sauvignon blanc. I have stayed in this hotel a number of times and it has always been great. Just a little off putting this time.
I had booked room and breakfast,i was told by you that the price was £160, When we arrived we were told that we had only booked a room only,no breakfast.we had to pay £194.54.We are both pensioners and we were very dissapointed.
The rooms were nice and the beds are comfy Very close to the waterfront literally 2 mins walk which is why we were there for a concert so that is great
There’s no socket at the bedside so to charge my phone etc I had to do it across the room which was not the best also there’s no vending machines which is strange as every hotel I’ve ever been in there is one on each floor , location is ok but it’s complicated to get to
Twenty minutes waiting to check in.....room not very clean particularly dust and finger prints on tv and surface areas....no information booklet of any kind in the room...pillows smelt damp....in general we were unimpressed
