Pros: The staff was friendly and made us and others feel welcome. After working all day, coming back to the hotel to have a bite to eat at the kickback meal is much better than sitting in a restaurant. The staff seem truly happy to see us.

Cons: They put all the way in the back of the building on the second floor. railroad truck took up all parking spaces back there. There was a lot of walking to get to my room no elevator on that end I have a condition that makes it hard to walk so it was tuff.

Pros: nice staff, heat/AC was good, good water pressure in tub/shower, bath had lots of space for ADA needs and LOOKED updated (see other part of review), great location at convention center, average free motel breakfast
Cons: bed harder than the floor, no water pressure in sink, flush button on top of tank under corner of shelf where I hit hand on corner more than once, pillows full of fluff that did not support but shifted sideways to surround head-flat on mattress-like a hat

Pros: Being remodeled floor by floor (my stay was in July, 2016). Stayed on a floor where remodeling was completed. Nice new bed - always a plus. Room and decor was hip.

Pros: The breakfast offering was great with the waffles. The beds were comfortable, and the wi-fi access was decent. Good parking. While I'd stay here again, there are numerous other places that I would recommend over this hotel.
Cons: The bathroom needs a a bit of attention, it just had a cold uninviting feel to it. The base board of the walls were needing to be cleaned a bit better, the hand rails in the shower need to be properly resecured

Cons: The hotel was understaffed, could not check us in at 7:30 PM because of insufficient clean rooms, offered nothing for the inconvenience, and when we were finally provided rooms, they were far below what we expected for the star quality.

Pros: The bed was very comfortable, room was very clean and the breakfast was awesome. The staff was very friendly. The location was just right.
Cons: The pool was cold and was supposed to be heated. This was one of the reasons for choosing this hotel. We later found out that we could have let front desk know and they would have turned the heat up. I feel like it should always be heated when you have guest checked in!

Cons: Not the hotels fault but the screaming children and the poor baby crying all night. Went downstairs the the front desk and said something at the same time another guest had called. Front desk did call to see if everything was okay. Parents just let the poor thing cry all night. Again not the hotels fault.

Cons: This hotel had signs that it is not well maintained. The heat did not work in the 1st room we had. The hot water faucet was very loose in the 2nd room. And the side door that was supposed to unlock with a room key did not lock.

Pros: The staff were very professional and helpful. The room was a good size and decorated nicely. I appreciated being texted to find out how my stay was working out.
Cons: The heating unit in my room was really loud, did not sleep well. When I informed staff they immediately worked to alleviate the problem. When they were not able to, they changed my room. I slept much better the following night.

Cons: My family and i reserved two rooms the one with the queen beds is the room my sister and myself stayed in and the heater was turned all the way up when we came in and the faucet leaked terrible, and our mattress were extremely hard. The second room we reserved my parents started in and they went in and the room was not cleaned it had trash bags in the room full and cigarette butts in the sink, then when asking for a clean room they were given a new room number and that room also had trash in it. Not happy at all with cleaning staff

Cons: Disgusting rooms, sweeping rugs while guests are in the lobby dust flying all over the place, not enough breakfast for everyone, hair all over the shower wall, pool was closed for maintenance (my main reason for booking here), tv service kept going in and out, no hot water. Staff not very knowledgeable about stuff in the hotel.

Cons: They room smelled like animals, they phone or hair dryer didn't work and it was hair on the sheets so we asked for more sheets to change them ourselves and the night shift clerk said he couldn't give us any because the door was locked. And Im not gonna go into the spider webs in the room an how far the ice machine was. Smh never again....

Pros: The air conditioning worked well. The fridge and microwave were a plus. Having Denny's right next door was nice as well. Down the road from a Walmart is also another perk.
Cons: Check out time is 11am. I did not expect room service to come around so early in attempts to start cleaning my room at 9:45am. I checked out ASAP as they clearly wanted to do their job and I had to carry on earlier than expected with my day.
