It is not a Holiday inn express. It is not affiliated with a hotel chain. Maintenance has not been kept up. Is pet freindly. Tried to charge me an extra $35 because we had a pet room even though we had no pet and nothing was stated on our reservation about pets. No breakfast. Now I know why they required non refundable payment in full to make reservation.

Cons (-) My room was disgusting, there was some kind of weird dirt plastered all over the sink and the room itself smelled like there was rotting food. There isn't a restaurant in the hotel and only one nearby food place but it's for kids.
