Pros (+) Price. Location.
Cons (-) Trash in the corridors smelled like it had been there for weeks. Noisy neighbors. Stained bed sheets. Kitchen was warped in from the early 90's. I mistakenly looked under the bed. They don't clean under the bed. EVER.
