Pros (+) We really liked the casino and the parking.
Cons (-) We didn’t like that several of the facilities were closed. We were not warned of this prior to our stay.

Pros (+) Stay was OK, but wasn't anything to write home about.
Cons (-) My (Trump 2020) face mask evidently annoyed the casino cashier. She tossed my winnings at me, slinging the coins across the counter. Very rude and discourteous. I won't ever be back, especially since there is a much nicer competing hotel/casino right down the road from this one.

Pros (+) Property is located at the Hollywood Casino.
Cons (-) I got the “oh you paid on the Internet” rooms... two rooms at the far end of the hallway on the second floor... with a view of a garage and of a roof... . I tried to get rooms without booking through a third party site, but the same room was 20% more... so she “found” these rooms for us.

Pros (+) We stayed at Hollywood Casino Hotel because we where attending a concert at the amphitheater. It was very convenient and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful.
Cons (-) The hallway carpet really needed cleaning.
