We were there for two nights, cleaning crew never came in to clean the room. Had to go retrieve clean towels for the second day. Air conditioning was out for about an hour, but that was resolved.

The perfect place to stay when in St Louis!
When we arrived to the location on my itinerary we were sent to a different hotel a few blocks away. The 2nd hotel was fine, but not what I booked and paid for. I reached out to Kayak and was given absolutely no help. No knock on the hotel, I just refuse to book anything through Kayak in the future. I feel like I was scammed.
Pros (+) The staff was very friendly, especially Dee at the front desk.
Pros (+) Breakfast was good. Beds and pillows were super comfortable.
Cons (-) Would have liked to have had bacon on the breakfast buffet.
Pros (+) Staff is and was extremely helpful and polite, a really nice experience at a great hotel. Rooms were clean and smelled fresh , bathrooms were quite big for a hotel and fixtures were updated
Pros (+) Rooms had fridge and microwave, complementary meals and snacks were very substantial and mostly well made, and hotel was easy to get around in and very spacious and clean. Did a great job accommodating early check in requests and late check out as needed for a very large group.
Cons (-) Pool was closed for repairs.
Pros (+) What's not to like? Great breakfast! Parking was safe and inexpensive for the area. Super, super nice staff and manager!! Will be back!
