Pros (+) The location was central to all the tourist attractions.
Cons (-) Except for front desk, all other staff were unwelcoming and not helpful. Also they only provided one bar of soap that had to be used for both the sink and the shower.

Pros (+) Hotel looks like it was placed in the middle of a 3rd world country. The hotel was beautiful, and staff were excellent. The restaurant serves one of the best breakfasts. Terrible mouse in the room the entire time. The soundproofing from the outside is non-existing. Heard the wind howling and the traffic 24rs. a day.

Pros (+) The actual hotel room is great!
Cons (-) The staff did a poor job of providing customer service. The room card didn't work no one explained that you had to go to the 8th floor then get off and find another set of elevators to get to your room. It was loud The casino makes everything smell like smoke and whatever they use to try and mask the smoke.
