Pros (+) Arrived Friday and they gave us our room early at no extra charge. The front desk staff was above and beyond amazing! Room was clean and we had upgraded to the arch view. They were "under construction " for remodeling on 2 of the floors but we never heard anything or saw anything. The ladies running the breakfast were outstanding and so sweet and energetic. It was all clean and very fresh food. Ho...

Pros (+) The location was superb for being near the arch. The staff was excellent and changed my room for the second night to the top so I could see the arch, it was awesome!
Cons (-) Room 500 "with an arch view". It was the back wall of the pool building!

Pros (+) I definitely liked the customer service rep named Andrew. When we arrived I told him that we were on our anniversary and he made a point to go and get us a bottle of Champagne. I will be definitely staying here when I visit St. Louis again!!
Cons (-) Beds!!!! Very Uncomfortable but the customer service, hands down made up for it!!
