Pros: ... after a night out we returned to hotel & decided to have a night cap @ bar. The bar man (Andy) was particularly friendly & professional. We had mentioned not having a kettle in the room, which we had thought was odd & in the morning there was a note under the door, explaining that the kettle was kept in a drawer! There are not many staff who would've bothered and we were very impressed by this personal attention to our enquiry, it made all the difference to our stay. All staff were friendly but he was particularly good. The bed was very comfortable.
