Cons: Shower was hopeless, with little power. Room was small with big old fashioned furniture. No one to help us with our heavy luggage. Car parking was full, so we had to park away from the hotel which was very inconvenient, although they did give us a permit.

Pros: Due to our late flight into Exeter we didn't arrive until nearly midnight which Rebecca accommodated us very nicely and we felt very welcome. Our room was extremely comfortable and just right for our needs. We also had our 3 year old with us and after suffering a very stressful time at both Newcastle Airport (flight from) to Exeter Airport (flight to) the accommodation allowed us to chill out and sleep very nicely. They provided breakfast at a time to suit us in the morning and also arranged our transport to Exeter St David's train station. Couldn't have asked for more and will definitely return. Also the property is a lovely country house which made my stay even more enjoyable, I just wish we could have stayed longer!

Pros: The property is in a great location and it's also very cozy. Parking for our car was surprisingly spacious too, it was behind the property. Chris, the host, greeted us and helped my friend with her gigantic luggage. We had room #1, 2 twin beds. It was spacious and clean - we had the pool view. The bathroom was also large. The breakfast was delicious. There was a table for cereals, fruits, teas, coffee, milk, dried fruit, etc. You ordered for your omelette, anything else not at the table. We were able to walk the Cathedral in 10 minutes. Great location to walk around the city. I highly recommend the property.

Cons: The dividing wall between my room and the next was almost completely acoustically transparent. Luckily the people adjacent to me did not stay up late and watch tv. I put my tv sound on 2! The shared toilet facilities frankly were inadequate. To describe them as ‘cramped’ would be generous. Only a child would fit in one.

Cons: We had booked this location a month before we got there, but the lady didn't seem to know we had a booking. The steps down to the basement were very tall (each step) and tilted toward the front. There was no stove or cooktop in the kitchen, only a sink, fridge and microwave. It is advertised as a B&B, but is more of self catering.
