Pros: Breakfast is very nice Rooms are Spacious Location is very close to the city centre and within few meters walking, you could get a very nice view which is near the sea. There are many shops around the hotel so it is no problem to find whatever you are looking for in a short time
Cons: I would prefer the price to be a bit lower than usual because this will make the guest house a perfect option for vacations. But the price was not that high as well but I would prefer it to be lower for next holidays.
Excellent 9,0
Pros: Excellent and attentive hosts, very comfortable rooms.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: I trust this is the Imperial Guest House and not the Hotel? We stayed at the excellent Imperial Guest House and comments, therefore, relate to the GH rather than the hotel of the same name nearby. Very impressive on every front. Parking a little problem but staff were very helpful with that just as they were with all else. Strongly recommend.

Excellent 8,0
Pros: Breakfast and dinner outstanding.
Cons: Waiting staff could have been a tiny bit more accommodating. We asked if we could have a window table for breakfast on 16th March, (there was only one other couple breakfasting at the time at 9 am) it was a beautiful morning, the only bit of sunshine we had seen in months of horrid rain, but was told no, one table was set up for 4 (no-one used it) and the others were set for dinner. The waitress did offer to reset a window table but we felt that was unnecessary as there was one close by. As I say, a tiny criticism, just needed a little thought, but it wouldn't put me off coming again.
Excellent 8,8

Cons: Our room was over the kitchen and we were woken up by their radio but a call to reception sorted this out immediately
Good 7,3
Pros: We had a most enjoyable long weekend at St Elizabeth's. The decor is very period on the ground floor and modern in the bedroom. The hotel is tucked away in the old village of Plympton St Maurice. If you have a Satnav ok, but if not probably best approached from the West side

Pros: Future inns and Hoels have a whole experience of great hospitality. I always attempt to stay with this hotelgroup.
Good 7,3
Pros: Everywhere very spacious, including bedrooms; fixtures and fitting to a very high standard. Bed and pillows very comfortable. Lighting in room excellent with spotlight over desk. At least 10 power points in the room, 3 were next to the bed. Tea and coffee in room. Iron, ironing board and hairdryer in room. They do a good evening meal deal - £15 for 2 course evening meal with one drink. They have 2 real ales in the bar, both from South Hams brewery. It's a Canadian chain with only 3 hotels in the UK. It's easy to find and easy to get to being just north of the A38 but it is a bit of a way from the centre. Good English breakfast - fried eggs are cooked to order; the rest is buffet.

Pros: Comfortable, relaxed, clean, hospitable.
Good 7,0
Pros: Breakfast was substantial and good quality. Staff were friendly and helpful. Request for a quiet room was honoured which was appreciated given the long journey.
Cons: Bar food was a let down. Fish and chips actually came with poorly cooked wedges night 1. Second night with really nice chips and on both nights, the fish was exceptional. The 5 bean chilli was cold and sent back, staff offered complimentary beverage. Phone signal and wifi in the room was virtually non existent and in-room phone does not have an outside line option resulting in using the receptionists phone. Not good if you want to make a personal call! Bathroom was compact, luckily we left the cat at home!

Cons: Everything was nice. There wasn't really anything to complain about.
Good 7,1
Pros: Room was clean
Cons: Parking was in a local car park and and extra cost of £8 No breakfast included made it too expensive It was a business stay for my self and my son so none of the options of traveller apply
Okay 4,0
Pros: No food or drinks available due to COVID
Cons: Felt the bar could have been opened
Mediocre 2,0
Pros: Staff were really friendly.
Cons: The bedding was dirty, the bed was very uncomfortable and we both had back pain the next day, the breakfast was shockingly poor and overpriced, the coffee was not restocked afterwards and rubbish not taken away.
Good 6,2
Pros: location
Cons: That Kayak charged me one third as much again for the booking. The rack rate was MUCH cheaper. Parking is not easy and expensive if you use nearby underground garage.
Good 7,0
Pros: Clean and had proper precautions in place due to COVID-19
Cons: Parking was confusing, was told to only pay for the first day, and then to return the following day to pay again. Was out all day visiting relatives, so forgot until the next morning. Have paid retrospectively, but not sure if a ticket has been issued that we’ll have to try and appeal
Good 7,0
Pros: peaceful, but street noises were frequent
Cons: rooms
Excellent 8,0

Good 7,2
Pros: This hotel was in excellent cndition and very very clean. I was taken ill while there and the duty manager [Corin] and her staff were extremely helpful and couldnt do enough for us
Cons: Just 1 problem when using the sink when you let the water run away it makes the most dreadfull noise and goes on for some time but that was all we could fault and having to pay £24 for parking wasn't great !!
Good 7,3
Pros: location was good. Walkable distance to the train station. Close to the shops and the harbourside restaurants. Nice room comfortable. We liked it here.
Cons: no view from the window but we were only here one night and it didn't matter
Good 6,4
Pros: Good central location, car parking nearby
Cons: $review.cons
Excellent 8,0
Pros: We liked facilities at hotel, location and although the hotel didn't have it's own designated car parking, the car park next to the hotel was practical and very reasonable for city centre parking. Lastly we would like to take this opportunity to say how friendly and helpful the staff at the hotel were, that is something I have never experienced before in the hotels we have stayed in, not only in Plymouth
Cons: $review.cons
Okay 5,6
Pros: The staff are very friendly and the one's I spoke to spoke could speak english. Everything I asked for it was gvien to me as if they meant it.
Cons: No digital TV , i.e sky sports etc. The room I stayed on the pay TV did not work. 2) I could not open the windows at night as the window lock key was not available in the room
Okay 5,6
Pros: Hotel is new, clean and nice
Cons: No car park! Some of the staff aren't very confident in what they are doing, but appreciate that you had only been open a few days when we stayed, so this should improve with time
Good 6,0
Pros: Very cordial and helpful staff
Cons: Parking facilities are not very conveinient and we had to use a public car park which would not open until 10am on sunday to take out my car

Pros: Location, it was very good value for money, we managed to park in the underground car park which was good. The hotel is currently undergoing renovation, but that didn’t have any effect on our stay. Would definitely stay there again
Cons: The rooms were a bit dated, especially the bathrooms, but they were spotlessly clean
Poor 1,0
Pros: Location, comfort, price.
Cons: 2 men entering our room at 3am in the morning! A complain email sent and being told it was basically our fault for not shutting the door properly! A very poor response as far as I'm concerned and will not return or recommend the hotel to anyone!

Pros: Our stay was excellent if and when we come back to the area we will definitely book with you again
Excellent 8,0
Pros: The food was excellent and staff were particularly friendly and helpful. The furnishing in the room was a little tired, but everything was spotlessly clean. The location is somewhere special. Our Labrador was made very welcome and he thoroughly enjoyed his stay!

Excellent 9,2
Pros: Lovely food and good staff. Very very good value.
Excellent 8,0
Pros: Quiet location, large room overlooking garden, comfortable beds and good food.
Okay 5,7
Pros: the location was just right, very quiet and peaceful with lovely views. the staff were all very pleasant and helpful. the breakfast was freshly cooked, rather than a help yourself arrangement.
Cons: for my part the bed was far too hard. however, my wife took a completely contrary view! so....?! as an aside we would suggest a lit sign on the main road in order to make locating the hotel a lot easier in the dark.
Good 6,3
Pros: The location as it is right for my business and relaxing.
Cons: The buildings need some refurbishment.
Good 6,7
Pros: Really helpful and hardworking staff. Great location on the Moor. Good cuisine. Hot water a bit of an issue first thing but it came through eventually!

Cons: There was no room to park our car on Saturday evening.

Pros: We have stayed here on numerous occasions over the last six years and have never been let down. A very good hotel for us personally enabling us to visit family nearby and the moors ensure our dog jas plenty of walks.
Okay 5,2
Pros: They take dogs. Convenient for ferry terminal. Comfortable although a little tired in parts.

Mediocre 2,0
Pros: Not much to be honest
Cons: the room was red hot. No air con. Picked up a cup to make a coffee in my room and there was a cockroach underneath it. I told them about it to be told it wasn't a cockroach. It was 100% a cockroack as I took a pic of it before I squashed it. Pic below
Okay 5,0
Pros: Cheap.
Cons: Was like a motel from a horror movie. Check in guy was rude. Room small with bad lighting. Can hear noise from main road all night long and any movement in room above wakes you up.
Excellent 10,0
Pros: The staff super
Good 7,0
Pros: Room and breakfast was fine.
Good 6,0
Pros: Clean room, decent water pressure for the shower, big towels. Plenty of parking and could park right outside my room.
Cons: It's so noisy, as if your bed was actually on the central reservation of the nearby main road. Also, when I arrived, the path by the rooms was strewn with rubbish and the bins were overflowing.
Good 7,0
Pros: Location
Cons: The very poor beefburgers and chips, which at £10:95 was disgraceful, and the price of bottled beer. We only used the bar and food menu once. We were going to book for an extra week, but found out we could share a 2 bed apartment in Plymouth for less than than you wanted for the extra week.
Okay 5,0
Pros: Ideal location for our work site
Cons: After a long journey we decided to have some food at the bar and I have to say for £10.95 it was the worst Burger I have ever eaten, a world away from being value for money.
Good 6,8
Pros: None
Cons: Noisy dual carriageway close to the hotel
