Cons:I reserved a mid-size sedan but they gave ma sub-compact. ThenEurocar forced me to buy their CDW insurance, an expense that was not clearly stated when I made my online reservation and doubled the stated price, and then they told me I had damaged the car and wanted more money, but finally agreed to no extra chargesReviewed Dec 30 2020

Cons:We rented a car in Santo Domingo, DR a month in advance. When we arrived they did not have our car but their good friend next door had one (3 times the price though). I will NEVER even spell the word EUROPCAR again in my life.Reviewed Jul 7 2019

Pros:The car was in good condition.Cons:The pick up took over 2 hours, which would have been understandable; however, there were only 2 people waiting for cars. Additionally, there was mandatory insurance and this was not disclosed up front.Reviewed Apr 9 2019

Absolutely TerriblePros:I've rented cars in foreign countries and never had a horrid experience like this. Unbelievable.Cons:Tried to charge me on the front end even though they didn't have the proper vehicle we reserved. On the back end, would not allow to review a copy of the contract I SIGNED after trying to upcharge me. Seriously, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY OR LOCATION. NO. Seriously. You will regret it like I did. The streets of DR are not meant for these little all-white vehicles.Reviewed Jan 6 2018

Bad servicePros:NothingCons:Requirements to rent the car change by the minute. They try to force you with different tactics to purchase their insurance even when your credit card covers insurance. They lie to your face to make you purchase their insurance. Then backout when you are able to meet their high requirements for not getting their insurance by lying.Reviewed Apr 15 2017
