I rented a car to return it by 10 PM. When I arrived to return it 30 minutes early, there were no employees available—only one staff member from the rental parking lot. He shouted at me, saying, "There's no one here anymore, so you can't return it here. Get out of here right now," and then gave me an address that was unrelated to the rental location. I asked him three times if he could assist with the return, and he finally agreed, but only after a lot of reluctance. This kind of attitude is unacceptable.Reviewed Aug 5 2025

I was told they didn't have any cars and I can wait three hours or pay three times as much for an upgrade! When I tried to argue, he said he would just give the car to someone elseReviewed Feb 18 2025

First of all dollar wouldn’t honor my same-day reservation confirmed through your site. That’s problem number one. Secondly I was offered an upgrade which was appreciated so I could actually get a car, but I was provided a car that did not have a sufficient charge.Reviewed Dec 23 2024
