Pros: car was ready but we had concerns. Really should not have accepted it. Upholstery smelled strongly of cleaner (stayed that way for 5 days) and tires seemed worn.

Cons: Car was not up to standards. Upholstery was just cleaned and smelled of cleaner. Car was Ok driving but we heard noises we were not comfortable with and so we exchanged it at our destination for other car. Enterprise in Baltimore on Sisson (Brian McManus) was very helpful. We had a safe trip home in larger car for the same $ with a discount for larger car recd at point of origin. No hassles, courteous staff at both locations.
