Pros:
Staff was super friendly and super helpful. I had 2 reservations and when I went to cancel one of the reservations they must of canceled both. When my boyfriend went to pick up the rental, they had no car for us. They said they never got the second reservation. Had to wait an hour and a half to get a car. Enterprise did a great job fixing all the problems Hotwire caused.Cons:

Car was adequate. Quoted price was reasonable for a one way rental.Cons:
Rented one way for 24 hours at a quoted price. Turned the car in earlier after 10 hours and they attempted to charge me double. Attendant at the receiving end said "read the contract" which nowhere in the paperwork I was given did it explain that I would be charged double if I turned in earlier. Attendant was extremely rude. I will never rent from Avil or their affiliated company, Budget in the future.9,2 Wonderful
