Cons: Worst experience ever. First off, we were told that as long as the person who picked up the car could use a different credit card than the one booked with. This was important because we were doing a joint trip where one person wanted to pay but the other needed to pick up the car from a different state. Come to find out, that was a lie. Second, the car was absolutely disgusting. It was banged up on the exterior, filthy on the interior and was in the worst condition i have ever seen a rental car. My father in law ended up exchanging the car at our destination and that process was a nightmare. Despite calling ahead, we arrived (with a 3 year old) to do the exchange and ended up waiting an hour for another car. Lastly, after we had to cancel the initial transaction (due to the credit card mix up), we were told we would be getting a discount, but when you look at their receipt, none of the numbers add up or subtract to the total. Worst experience ever!
