This hotel was horrible, dirty infested with roaches, no towels , there was a huge sink hole on my bed, the carpet was filthy, they only issue one key per room, I should have checked out from the first horrible experience of getting our room key only to walk into that room that was occupied with a couple already sleeping in it at 7am but I have them the benefit of the dougt which I shouldn’t of. There was a dead animal in the hall way one day and a trapped cat other horrible 😞 there is a convenienace to the airport it is the only good thing of this place.

Pros. The beds were comfortable.

Cons. Carpets were filthy. Air conditioner kept cutting off, so the room was hot, and the front of the unit kept falling off. There were stains on the furniture. There was a hole in the floor in front of our room's door (in hallway) with carpet over it. Bathroom door didn't lock. Hotel was in sketchy neighborhood and parking lot lighting was bad to non-existent.

Pros. For a single person staying here one night it's not bad. But this isn't the best for a family or a couple enjoying a weekend trip to Syracuse area. I would never stay here again, I would spend more money for better quality next time.

Cons. Entering the room it had a funky smell. Although everything was clean it just looked old and outdated. The bed was so low to the ground I could step onto it from the floor. The curtains had holes in it so the light shined through the holes in the morning. There was hair all over the bathroom too.

Pros. Property in process of renovation. Some newer furniture and paint in room, but they left the old, stained carpets. WHY????? Appears the property is in transition to being a lower end 'holiday inn express" from a (ahem) "residential" hotel. Some of the more long term residents made themselves quite comfortable, taking over the pool, being loud in the hallways, leaving trash about the place etc. Management needs to decide which group they're catering to, but glad my family was only there one night. Described as non-smoking, but other guests were smoking-leaving cigarette butts in hallway, stinking the place up. Property could be better, but staff needs to work to enforce non-smoking, and noise policies so that a few guests don't ruin it for others.

Pros. location to airport. very country like settting. good breakfast

Cons. the noise upstairs was very loud. had to call front desk twice for noise complaint. nothing was done about the noise.

Pros. Very close to the airport. Tasty breakfast. Laundry in the building. Large laundromat and supermarket directly across the street. Standard room with two queen beds had a small refrigerator and microwave. rooms are surprisingly well noise insulated. Regularly forgot how close this hotel was to the airport until walking outside and having a plane fly directly overhead.

Cons. Housekeeper started banging on the door at 9am everyone morning to ask if I was leaving. Definitely not welcomed when you just got finished working at 2am and clearly have three more days on your reservation.
