Summary of reviews
Guests say
Most guests praised the hotel for its excellent location near the airport, clean rooms, and comfortable beds. Many also appreciated the friendly staff and efficient shuttle service. However, several guests reported negative experiences with customer service, including issues with booking, check-in, and unhelpful front desk staff. Some mentioned problems with amenities such as showers, breakfast quality, and unexpected parking charges. Overall, while the location and cleanliness were highlights, inconsistent service and some facility issues detracted from the experience for several guests.AI-generated from customer reviews
