Pros (+) The king suite was spacious, luxurious and clean. Everything was top notch
Cons (-) The morning staff did not cue me for the airport shuttle as they said they would. Did not have as much professionalism as the night staff.

Cons (-) It was just gross. For example, I took a hot shower and the bathroom doesn't vent well. The steam condensed on the ceiling and in some cases dripped onto the ground. The drips were this incredible yellow buttery mess. One of the most repulsive things I have ever seen in my life.
