Pros (+) Comfort of beds was great. The Lobby was very attractive. Room was clean, but not sound proof.
Cons (-) Requested additional wash cloth that never came. The ceiling had been repaired at one time for a water leak and needed permanent repair as it was beginning to deteriorate. Had to call about internet access. No one explained about free (unsecured) line vs. premium secured line at a cost. No one fully explained that they would be charging incidentals to credit card just in case. Found a $54.63 charg...
