Most guests appreciated the hotel's convenient location, especially its proximity to attractions, the airport, and downtown. However, many reviews highlighted significant issues with cleanliness, including dirty rooms and linens, as well as maintenance problems such as broken amenities and non-functioning pools. Breakfast quality and availability were frequently criticized, and several guests reported poor service experiences. Safety and security concerns were also mentioned, along with disappointment over closed amenities like the pool and gym. Very good
Anonymous, Apr 2017
Pros (+) The room was just as expected - the same setup as every other Springhill Suites.
Cons (-) The room was significantly smaller to the point where the pullout sofa could not even be pulled out and hit the tv stand. The room ad a faint odor that my kid made a comment about.
