Pros (+) Room was clean, staff was friendly and helpful, shuttle arrived to take us to the airport on time and was an easy experience.
Cons (-) The AC unit in our room felt that 72 was far too cold and preferred to keep the room about 80. It did cool the room off around 4 am. Not sure if the AC unit had been off all day, but the room was very warm on arrival and took most of the night to cool off.

Cons (-) The hotel was really dirty, the staff was awful, acted like you were an inconvenience to even be there, the carpet was filthy, no one at bar/dining area most of time even though supposed to be open, they ignored you when they did show up, there was construction. Cons (-) Horrible hammering/banging noise from room next door for the entire day thru to 6:00pm! Staff was not at all accommodating about this problem. The staff showed no concern for the very loud noise. Mini fridge had a service man come twice. Finally replaced the fridge. My room key card had to be replaced three times. Pros (+) Room was very comfortable, and the outdoor area nice.
Cons (-) The bistro & bar closes too early on weekend evenings! Seems like a small complaint, but after a lengthy flight it's nice to take a few moment to get a snack and relax. Even limited service until midnight would be great.

Cons (-) Room smelled, all carpets in 2nd floor were clearly not well maintained and room was noisy. When looking downstairs for refreshments, the cafeteria was little bit pricey. Room was not ready when I arrived.
